How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Priemier Draft removed while making deck
I entered a recent premier Through the Omenpaths draft using 1500 gems and picked my cards. However, right after I chose my cards the premier draft got removed and my 1500 gems went straight down the drain. I didn't even play a single game. I didn't even get reimbursed. What a waste since I've been saving up specifically for it.

failure to register the achievement 'your go'
Winning a mono blue Brawl game with only instants and cards with flash and a commander with flash, not playing any card in my turn, including the commander, Malcolm, Alluring Scroundrel.

Error Updating data
After the Scheduled Maintenance on April the 23th, the client is stuck on startup.

Product Suggestion
The shuffling RNG in this game is abysmal. I've been playing some form of trading card game since I was a freshman in high-school in 2000. I have never had the issues with shuffles and draws that i have with this game. The chances of some of the things happening that happen in this game are almost(keyword) impossible. That these things happen on a regular basis is even closer to impossible in a real life card game. It's almost as if the shuffle is too random if that makes sense. I guess I'm suggesting that the RNG he dialed back…

Algorithmic interference
Remove the hand smoothing, randomize the shuffler. Barring that, people should be able to see what’s going on under the hood so they can determine if it’s actually worth spending time and money on the product.

Shuffle algorithm needs dire attention
The current shuffle program does an extremely poor job. It is very frustrating when you have a 60 card deck playing the same few cards 3 games in a row and then you dont see them again for 7 games plus... anyways. How about giving us a shuffle button, pregame where we can hit the button 4/5 times to ensure our deck is properly shuffled before our match? Use the same shuffle program you have now but just allow us to shuffle more? Please fix this I love the game but im.not kidding it is unplayable sometimes (after a long…

Opponent deck list after match
I think it would be nice if there was an option to see your opponent's deck list after a match. Sometimes I am playing against a bizarre deck, then I can only wonder what is in it because it doesn't happen to be a meta deck at the time.

Add watching to the game so players can watch through the client
Can you add the ability to watch people in the game so we don't have to log in twitch or be next to the person

Item shopkeep
I play on android. The card item shopkeep don’t give menace when i attaché when it is on the board or do it without i could choose the target.

Lost out on rewards due to bug not recording game Win and “you don’t give out rewards” is garbage.
When a customer loses out on a reward, item, etc. due to a failing on the part of your game and not of their own, your policy should be to compensate the player for that problem with your game and not be “we don’t give out gold, wild cards…”
As a player, my time can be sporadic at times and it is rather troublesome to 1) not receive a quick turnaround (such as with limited duration events) and 2) be punished for failings on your game’s side that cause results to not be recorded.

Incorrect mastery rewards
I was supposed to receive two mythic FF card rewards at mastery level I just completed but got 25 coins and a vampire gourmand. Help!

Penalties for Scooping
You should penalize the people that quit early in matches somehow. The "scooping" culture on Magic Arena is toxic and really leaves a bad taste in players mouths. I've heard from several players that Magic arena has become an unenjoyable experience because you can never finish a game without someone quitting early for no reason. A lot of times what happens is they see the type of deck and immediately quits.

Archangel of tithes
Opponents is able yo attack without tapping lands when Archangel of tithes is untapped.

Howlsquad Heavy's max speed ability is being ignored when all lands are tapped out, passing phases automatically, denying use of Howlsquad
There is a bug with Magic Arena failing to recognize a player can tap their Howlsquad Heavy for mana when you have Max Speed. It is easiest to reproduce when all lands are tapped out and you have mono red cards you can cast that cost equal to or less than the number of goblins on the board that you control.
When Howlsquad Heavy is on the board, untapped, and does not have summoning sickness, the game is incorrectly passing priority to the other player through all phases when your lands are all tapped out, even when you have cards…

Arena Cube exited match and counted it as a loss
My score was 3-2 in Arena Cube BO1. While my opponent was taking their ~5th turn, the game quickly changed to a loading screen, then took me out of my match. The game did not say draw, win or lose at this point. When I was back in the Cube Sreen my score was 3 -3 and all I could do was claim my rewards

Red aggro decks are broken and the shuffler cheats FOR them!
Play test Red Aggro against any other deck and see if it is fun, or fair. I can guarantee it's not in either case. Check the deck shuffler against them and see if you get the key idea cards you need, you won't. I Had 1/6th what i needed in deck, after 40 cards i got 1. Not a single 1 drop across 3 ranked games! If you just want Red Aggro to win, then just eliminate the other colors. I mean there is NO point. Red has always been easy, and sometimes competitive, but it's broken completely right now.…
