How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. VERY URGENT CONNECTION ISSUE

    The same problem as always. The match suddenly crashes WITHOUT ANY REASON, because I have a 5G connection and I haven't any problem with ALL other apps. This time "Waiting for the server" is currently lasting for a very long time and the app seems not capable of reestablishing connection. PLEASE SOLVE THE PROBLEM! Do you hear us? Do you care about the game problems?

  3. The game still needs a report system and bans for players who go afk and run the timer just because they're losing.

  4. Venerated Rotpriest needs to be banned from standard and alchemy

    A one mana cost creature should not have an ability that gives the other player a poison counter if it is targeted.

  5. All-Out Assault and Mobilize

    All-Out Assault gives you an extra attack. Mobilize creates tokens that die at EOT. There does not seem to be any reason that the tokens created in the first combat step shouldn't be able to attack during the extra combat step, but they are unable to.

    Play Banishing Light enter targets a valid target in response of the trigger opponen cast "Tear Asunder" Baninshing is removed and the etb trigger
    Magic Magic disappear

  7. Weekly Announcement Redirected to Preorder Site

    When I am opening the email for the weekly news and click on the mink in the email i get forwarded go the weekly news, good job so far, although it‘s just the it should be and I hope every last minor programmer can do that. HOWEVER, when I‘m on the weekly news site for about a millisecond (that‘s 1/1000 for you americans) I get forwarded immediately to the pre order site of Tarkir AND THIS HAPPENS EVERYTIME IN EVERY EMAIL WITH EVERY WEEKLY NEWS SINCE you this preorder site of Tarkir seems to exist.

  8. It's interesting how much of a mess WotC's card bans are

    Cards that are really harmless like fetch lands are banned in historic yet WotC fails to ban the overpowered gamebreaking cards that are everywhere in standard.

  10. Insect tokens from reanimated white overload were compleated

    I casted Breach the Multiverse from hand for 0 mana with Omniscience and reanimated Overlord of the Mistmoors from the opponent's graveyard. A pair of Insect token but those tokens became Phyrexian for some reason. When I casted the the Breach again the insect tokens were not Phyrexian. For context, both Overloads were Phyrexians as they should be. I am attaching screenshots of the situation.

    Was using Windows 11 PC.

  11. game crash non-stop after update

    Game crash non-stop and in its current state is completely unplayable
    After the update on 09/12/2024 of ~9GB the game can't be played at all
    After entering a game within less than a minute, it crash and completely stuck and i lose every game due to timeouts

    I have been playing this game for 5 years. I must say.. you have outdone yourself this time by releasing such a ****** version.. never have i ever seen such a complete disaster

  12. mac crashes

    I am surprized by number of reported bugs for Mac but I think my issue not yet reported.

    Yes, I had some performance issues or screen clipping issues but generally I was happy with Mac experience.

    Today it started crashing right after loading screen. So it is not like other users say once a day or after a game session.

    I cannot access game at all right now.

    I tried removing game data and redounloading client from Epic, nothing changed.

  13. Don't force damaged card design.

    Don't force the damaged card design on people, give us the option to pick the cosmetics we want to see. Like every other cosmetic.

    Hi,

    Can you please make a best of 3 format that gives ladder rank for limited?
    Sealed deck or Best of 3 draft.

    I dont understand why Constructed has so many different ways to gain rank but limited only has very few.

  17. Metacritic is right this game is absolute trash.

    If you haven't gone and looked at any real reviews for this game, not paid reviews, but actual player reviews, go check out metecritic.com, it shows how garbage this game actually is and how players actually feel. Hasbro has destroyed MTG with this game and has taken so many lifelong players away from it out of greed and should be shut down for their blatant scamming.

  18. Counter Achievement Not Functioning

    Putting counters on creatures achievement, as well as attacking with one of sufficient power, do not seem to be functioning. I had creatures with over 300 counters on them, and attacked with one with 217 power, but did not receive the achievements related to that.

  19. Pathetic rigged nonsense version of magic the gathering

    Game feels even more rigged after the new set was released, each game is massively one sided. There is no back and forth anymore, its just one player sweeping and every game in standard takes less than 3 minutes and it is completely pathetic. Truly no reason the format should be this fast, this needs to be adjusted massively to allow people to actually play the game.

  20. New set released, none of the old problems addressed, more failures for wizards

    If you are going to release a new set for the game the least you can do is fix matchmaking to stop putting jank decks against regular decks. 60 card decks should have the option to not play against 250 card decks, especially in a game that has an algorithm that gives the larger deck a higher advantage that defeats the argument that everyone has against those decks. game has been garbage for so long at this point its not even worth playing, absolute trash from a money hungry company. The greed of hasbro and wizards has ruined this game…
