To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback

Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.



Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)

If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work

Choose the Category that describes your problem.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.

  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.

  1. Open the life tracker and start a game
  2. Try to remove or add life to my life total
  3. Actual: my life total didn’t change
  4. Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

1.  What type of device you’re using
2. What version of your operating system you’re using
3. A screenshot of the issue (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
4. Whether re-starting the application and attempting the steps again solved the problem

  4. Are pairings Random?

    I have played my wife in round one 5 times in a row, we do have the same last name. I don't know if you can explain how I can randomly play the same person round one 5 tournaments in a row. This was at 3 different locations. Being on the same team and playing round one is not fun, we already play at home a lot. One of us being Eliminated on the first round 5 times in a row, feels bad at best. I could understand if we played each other later than round if our records were…

  6. Put the times shops are open

    I just wanna know when the shops are open. Especially when I’m in a new area and there are many different card shops in the area, I don’t wanna keep bouncing between companion app and Google multiple times.

    The event locator is showing March 15th events every day, even though it is December. When an event or store is clicked under the locator, January 1st is displayed for every event.

    In the companion app, the Spanish version of the result of a match is wrongly translated.

    peter DEFEATS John

    is translated as:
    peter DERROTAS John

    but the correct way should be:
    peter DERROTA A John

  14. Locator showing wrong date and label

    The locator is not showing the actual date for events, but instead it is showing “03” with the word “label” above and below it instead of the day of the week. For reference, I am reporting this on the sixth of December, meaning it says every event already happened. Attached is a screenshot of the problem.

  18. Bug: name search not working(adarkar wastes)

    ... Not an idea but an issue with the ap. Using the name search I can't get adakar wastes to show up. If I search land and standard it shows up but by name I cannot search for it. I've had issues with seachrome coast as well.
