To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback

Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.



Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)

If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.

If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work

Choose the Category that describes your problem.

Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.

  1. Summarize the problem
  2. List the steps you took that led to the problem
  3. What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
  4. What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps

Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.

  1. Open the life tracker and start a game
  2. Try to remove or add life to my life total
  3. Actual: my life total didn’t change
  4. Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

1.  What type of device you’re using
2. What version of your operating system you’re using
3. A screenshot of the issue (Note: it must be smaller than 50 mb in size)
4. Whether re-starting the application and attempting the steps again solved the problem

    Hi I just wanted to say that I was trying to leave a prompted feedback review of the Revenge of store pre-release this Saturday but it crashed halfway through. Great store and amazing service.

  2. Event

    Some store in my near location added my WOTC account to an event where I didn't even attend. I went to that store 2 months ago and I never participated in a event there. Please contact me, I need a to do a for a report.

  5. When you look on event you should be able to see details(date, place etc)

    When you register for multiple events, you can’t see the details and track which ones you already registered to.

  6. Customer reviews do not function.

    Players have recieved no options to leave a customer review rating. The companion app gives no options. No notifications of any kind or options to leave reviews. Please allow for general ratings rather than based off of just events. Stores should be rated on player opinion in general not just if they liked the draft event they did last night. Store metrics shouldnt be enforced on systems in place that have zero working functionality. If youre reading this please mark this as critical because this is not a localized issue.   7. Unban

    Please unban Jeweled lotus. After purchasing the card full price (200$), the card was banned 3 months after. I barely got to play the card. It should be a game changer card and not a banned card.

  10. Remove 16 player cap when hosting

    I run a Pauper night every 2 weeks at my LGS. I run it through Companion, as the store has too many other events running simultaneously to manage Pauper as well.

    We had a record turnout last night, 20 players, and I was upset to learn that the "Host" function in Companion has a hard cap of 16 players. I had to resort to using a third-party Swiss website, which didn't do tiebreakers correctly :(

    Please remove the player cap in the "Host an event" menu. Or at least double it to 32.

  12. Sorting set view by name is broken (gives completely random list each time)

    Select a set, completely random sample of cards that ought to be in alphabetical order. Neither name-ascending or name-descending sorts work (and give different results each time they are selected). Screenshot from iOS is hopefully suggestive of the problem (name descending selected, completely non-lexical sorting given)

  13. Event locator Not Loading

    The locator just spins incessantly, never loading any events.
    I’ve tried narrowing and widening the search, entering a location, using current location.

  20. In Companion/Eventlink, Sealed Events with Top Draft take the Constructed structure

    When an event is created, it's natural that the rounds are calculated based on the number of attendees. Everything's fine there. The problem occurs on Limited Tournament with a Top.

    Basically, when an event has 9-16 attendees for a Limited format (Most usually a Sealed event with a draft on the top), the MTR suggests that it should have 4 rounds of Sealed and later a cut to the Top 8 with a draft. The problem is that the structure for that event with that amount of attendees, it takes the Constructed number of rounds (5 Rounds, Top 4), which…
