To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.

Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

When choosing Forgot password instead of asking to send the email to the input email, it's a long code property.

How to use page
I used the app for the first time at an event today, and it was not very clear or intuitive how to log scores. Two of my opponents and I all thought we hit submit after each match, rather than after each round, leading to having to talk to the lgs owner multiple times to get our scores fixed. We also had issues getting the score screen to acknowledge our presses to increment the scores.
It would be good to have a simple "how to use this for an event" page that people could read while waiting for the event…

Out of date
It seems like no one is supporting this product. Or the messages are not getting through. The card database is several sets behind so it does not serve a useful function.

No event details
When registering for an event there was no confirmation of which event had been registered for, when, where, cost, game type... nada. Just, "see event staff". This app should have access to all of the information put in by the event creator and share it so you know whether you've signed up for the event you wanted.

Multiple Name Entry Prompts
The Companion app asked me to update my name on file three times tonight, and I updated it each time.

It won't let me do events with more than 16 people
It does not let me start the event with 20 people, the app does not let me start the event attached photo, the existing indications do not work for me since they are outdated

Commander damage tracker doesn't indicate players correctly
(Android, latest version, Life Tracker, Commander, 4 Player): The player indicator pictograms should indicate the correct opponents for Commander damage. In some cases there duplocate icons for a player, or even indicating the player itself but not an opponent.

Quando comecei a jogar Magic, achava que se tratava de um jogo onde precisava de um certo nível de inteligência para poder jogar, mas com o tempo descobri que era totalmente o contrário. Os decks do "meta"ou do "high level" (Mític Rank), são decks totalmente "nobraim", decks que você só precisa comprar e jogar as cartas, sem montar uma estratégia, ou ter o mínimo de QI possível. Token Search
I wanted to check, how many of the japanese March of the Machine promo tokens were available in the app (all 12 or just 6 like on scryfall).
Then I realized, I cannot filter for tokens or emblems at all. Could you implement this feature?2 votes -
Some store weekly add me to event without consent
Every week some store add me to event without consent and then removed me. I can't found which store it is to speak with them. Please solve that problem. I playing in other store and they are not officially Magic store but much more respectful with the players. Thanks a lot.

Cannot see details of the event I joined.
It is a prerelease in a shop.
When I tap on the event shown on the starting Page, the app Leads me to the empty event page.
