To Report a Bug or Provide Feedback
Before reporting a bug, check to see if it has already been reported. In the Issue Title below search for specific key terms from your issue.
Example: Shivan Dragon (Note: Partial words won’t show up, so use “Shivan” instead of “Shiv.”)
If your issue has been reported already, simply click the vote button to show us you’ve experienced that issue as well. If you feel you have additional information that could be helpful to us in tracking down the issue please feel free to add it.
If your bug has not been reported, please do so now! Update the Issue Title to reflect the problem you’ve encountered.
Example: Shivan Dragon doesn’t work
Choose the Category that describes your problem.
Describing the problem in the following fashion helps make clear what happened and allows us to investigate the issue faster.
- Summarize the problem
- List the steps you took that led to the problem
- What was the result that happened when you followed those steps
- What was the result you expected to happen when you followed those steps
Example: The life tracker didn’t track my life.
- Open the life tracker and start a game
- Try to remove or add life to my life total
- Actual: my life total didn’t change
- Expected: my life total goes up or down
You can provide additional information that can also help us conclude an investigation quickly. Great information to include:

View results from recent events I played in
I would like to see my placement in events I played in recently. I often want to record my results, but forget to do so after a long day of gaming. It’d be nice to see my results for, say, the last 10 events I played in.

Unfinity cards legality
On the companion app, the legality is wrong on Gray Merchant of Alphabet and similar unfinity cards.

Record a history of event results in the App
I know this idea has been posted before, but it is clear given the extreme timeframe since it was first raised that Wizards needs reminding.
The app needs a history feature. Not being able to see the result of something I participated in an hour ago is ludicrous, let alone that a history of all events should be there to see.
It would make events seem less one and done, less transient. It would assist in the drive to go back again, and keep people coming back to events at brick and morter stores. It would also help those like…

Basic lands
Going forward, could you print only the full art basic lands. I would think it would save money on art for not having additional basic lands.

You took away the “plus” button on the Companion Advanced Search bar
Without this functionality it is impossible to search for two conditions at once. Also searching for “flying vigilance” returns (some) creatures with flying and vigilance because that is the order the words appear on cards, but searching for “vigilance flying” returns zero results. This is ridiculous, bring back the old functionality.

Boox support (android flexible 12 )
It would be great if the boox e- ink could install the companion, I am using air 3c and I miss companion running on it.

Why the 3rd column of number 16 is lower than number 17 and numer 96 is higher than 97 (being the first two tied in both cases)

I dont need “pre-order” notifications.
If you are gonna use companion to push advertisement notifications i’ll delete the **** thing when its not needed.

Store Locator. Sort by Canada and/or USA option.
I live in a border city with 3 stores and like sorting the stores with an hour of me.
I think it would be helpful to have an option to turn on your country only so I can only sort Canadian store events and likewise for the USA.1 vote -
