    Unable to get Collection. Again. But somehow status says all green like always.
    Seems the staff are unable to make a functioning program.

    So is wizards doing anything or do they just don't care?
    I suggest going to Hearthstone or Shadowverse.
    Those games actually start.

    First of all the game gives you way too much time in general. Especially in the early turns there just isn't that much to think about.
    If they are worried about limiting professionals in tournaments they can just give us an option to increase the timer in direct challenge (something basic that even fanmade free cardgames had in the past but somehow Arena is lacking).

    If someone is roping to the extreme (waiting for to last second every chance they get) and make many games last way too long then they should be suspended and if they keep doing it outright banned. Make them start their collection from scratch.
