Myself I'm a standard player that barely touches historic so this doesn't affect me, but the idea per se is just f* ridiculous.
Alchemy is not bad. Messing it up with an eternal format like historic is.
People are here to play Magic: The Gathering, they want the real experience, with real cards and real bans. No delusional and digital only cards that don't exist in real life messing with the original content.
Make alchemy a separate mode for gods sake. Standard, Historic, and then Alchemy standard/historic and everyone is happy. Profit.
I'm not even touching the points of needing to spend much more money to open alchemy-only packs to be competitive or not refunding wildcards. People are here for MAGIC, if we wanted this bul* we would be playing hearthstone or other crapy game.
