How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Did not receive my 2 Mythic Reward Lvl 21 Aetherdrift cards
Upon reaching my level 21 achievement, I did NOT receive my 2 mythic Aetherdrift cards.

Conjure cards are stupid
Conjure cards are completely arena based, and shouldn't taint the idea of playing magic.
This is a completely different game that if you want to include should be it's own format.6 votes -
karakyk guarian
Karakyk Guardian not losing hexproof.
I lost a match in quick draft due to karakyk guardian not losing hexproof after dealing damage to me.
Log taken right after the match (attached). Please refund! It ruined my draft!
I'm using a mac m3 with sonoma.

Fix your game.....nothing is balanced anymore, and frankly I will never spend $$ on this game.

Waste of time
Do you know how many games I've lost due to your ******** shuffler?
How in the ******* world am I given multiple, consecutive unplayable hands in 4 ******* consectuive games?! How am I stuck on two lands EVERY ******* game with 25 LANDS, only to watch decks with 20 play on curve.
You all are disgusting for putting this product out and taking people's money to use it.

Getting kicked out of matches
I keep getting kicked out of a match during draft and getting placed into a new match. Causing.Me to get a match lose with out even finishing a match. It has happen 5 times and caused me to get three lose and no wins with out ever finishing a single game

Mox Amber working for sorcery cards but not legendary creatures. Needs correction. Should not work for sorcery cards.

Midweek magic not appearing
I won three matches in this weeks midweek magic June 10 I got my first two rewards fine but my final reward was a card style for Emet-Selch, Unsundered but when I went to check it out it wasn’t in my collection but the first two rewards did show up.

Game Balance is bad
I just did a final fantasy sealed event, first two matches were opponents with mirrored deck but drawing magical christmas land, game was over by turn 3, opponent just wiped my board with a single spell. third match was the same but it was some black/white deck and i didn't get any red mana for 4 turns to cast my mostly red hand...this game needs to be balanced better, why am i facing off against opponents with the best removal when i am getting all 5 drop hands when my deck is balanced.

Reno and Rude, can't view exiled card in detail
When I attack and deal damage with Reno and Rude, it exiles the top card of my opponent's library, but there is no way to hover over the exiled card and see it in detail, nor the option to "View Battlefield" to see it while the user prompt is displayed.

quick draft aetherdrift 10.06.2025
I was playing the Aetherdrift Quick Draft on June 10th, 2025, around 11:00 PM, and at some point I lost connection and was kicked out of the draft. Later, it counted as a loss, which was very frustrating. This kind of issue rarely happens, and my internet connection was stable throughout.
I would really appreciate it if you could compensate me for this incident. Thank you!

FINAL FANTASYがリリースされアプリがアップデートされた後、1度回線切断が起き以降ログインが出来なくなった。

Disconnected while drafting
I was selecting my cards on Premier draft and the game disconneted me, my internet is working properly and I simply can't reconnect. Playing on PC/Steam

Lost Almost ALL FF Packs I Prepurchased
I bout the FF package of 45 packs, etc on June 5th. I just opened 10 packs. Then when I went to open more it froze. I then went to main screen. When I went back to packs ALL my FF packs are gone that I did NOT open. You can look in my library and see they were not opened. I then restarted game and noticed the entire client reverted back to old client removing all FF cards, the store only shows Takir sets now. I'm out the FF packs now and my client is now dated back to…

Booster pack
Can't open mythic packs from Final Fantasy set. It just boots me back to the main screen. Please either fix or refund me my packs
