How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

“Unable to Login Authentication failed Timeout”
Have gone down every troubleshooting rabbit hole I have control over - this is happening from different networks, different devices, but from the same account - friend's account is fine
Looking at the logs, I'm not sure if I'm seeing a cached reattempt at connecting to the same front door? Either way, there are multiple posts on Reddit and here that are having similar account-bound issues.

Daily quests and daily wins no progression
Today 25/03/26 There is no progressions after winnings for both daily quest or daily wins, Same is happening for the Midweek Magic, Had 3 wins but no progression and not possible to claim rewards

Game freezing after playing card
Game freezes after playing a card. Sits like it is waiting for me to hit thr resolve button that doesn't exist. Then times out and I lose due to timeout.

Sideboard
Cant remove cards during sideboard in BO3. Can add cards to the deck.

Authentication failed Timeout
I am unable to log in to my account, and I don't know why. I know it isn't an issue on my end because I've tried it on multiple devices and on multiple networks with the result being the same. I have not had any issues with the Arena client until yesterday, when this started to happen. Just my luck that the day I decide to spend a little bit of money on Arena for once, I can't play the game.

wins not counting
Game wins not counting towards rank progression and gold rewards. Four straight wins since today's update (BO1 ranked historic), no gold rewards, no rank progression

Game Turn not progressing
My game has been regularly freezing and not progressing the turn. I can still perform emotes, but nothing else works correctly. The hide stack arrow still moves, but the stack image doesn't leave the screen. I can navigate to concede the match, but clicking the concede match does nothing.
The timer rope appears normally, but the game doesn't end when it fully runs out. I have to reset the game and by the time I get back the game is over
I'm playing on Android.

[BUG]Wrong Packs displayed on Mastery Pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed
I bought the Mastery Pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed, at Level 4 it states I should get 3 Lorwyn Eclipsed Packs.
However at level 4, I received 3 Edge of Eternities Packs instead.Please Advise and Thank you!

Can't sideboard during constructed matches
I am unable to sideboard during best of 3 matches. Sometimes I can take cards out of my maindeck but can't replace them with anything from my sideboard.

Game freeze after latest update
Game freeze suddenly in most games the Last 2 days unless I win or loose very fast. Happend in both ranked and draft matches and makes the game unplayable. Fix it or refund game pass for this period.

Arena client says it needs update but no update is available
Currently on iOS if I open the Arena app is says that the client is outdated and needs an update. Clicking the link to open the App Store though shows that no update is available for the Aren app.

Sideboard
From the new update of 05/20 I cant't sideboard out in bo3 matches.

mystical tutor deleted
After I installed the new arena update, I tried to edit my show and tell deck for timeless. When I entered to edit, a message pop up in my screen saying I have illegal cards for the format (timeless) and this cards has beeen automatically deleted. Searching on the deck, I noticed my mystical tutors (mirage edition -old frame) has been deleted. (Image 1)
There is some kind of bug, because when I tried to search on my collection (only searching on owned cards), in the search appeared a mystical tutor version I didn’t own (image 2)

Sideboard
In tradicional ranked, after I add cards from my sideboard, I can’t remove the one I want to replace.

The game freezes visually while I can still click on the menu and the music plays too. But I can't play cards anymore

Quest counters not updating
My quest counters are not updating. I logged out and in, restarted the game, repaired the games files and still not updating.

Unable to sideboard
While playing on my iPad during sidebaording of a Bo3 match I’m am only able to add cards from my sideboard to the main deck but not able to remove cards from the maindeck

Transmogrant Crown bugged
Transmogrant crown is completely bugged. Screen is uninteractable when this displays. I can choose between B and 2, but I can't select yes. Quitting the game and starting again did not remove the prompt. Timing out let go away and skipped my turn. Trying to use it again made the same bug happen again. I had to concede to get rid of it.

Got the wrong packs in Lorwyn Mastery
The Mastery Pass gave me 3 Edge of Eternities packs instead of Lorwyn packs. If you can credit me the Lorwyn packs, that would be awesome! I'm pretty stoked on this set :D
