6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Packs and disappearing hand
Hello Firstly I got packs for a prerelease that arena is saying I have to wait until the 26th of September to open.
Secondly in matches cards keep disappearing from my hand. Not due to discard or other mechanics they just cease to exist.

Defender needs to see order of damage from attacking creature
During combat, after blockers are declared and before first strike damage, attacker selects the order and amount of damage to apply to multiple blocking creatures. The defender cannot see what order was selected. This is needed because if I block an attacking creature that has first strike with multiple creatures and want to use an instant to give the first creature (or a particular creature) indestructible so that it survives to give it's damage, I need to see which of my blocking creatures is going to receive what damage in what order.

Combat phase skipped with Great Train Heist in hand with mana requirements met
My Combat phase was skipped with Great Train Heist in hand with mana requirements met for the untap + additional combat. In main phase 1, my opponent flashed in an eddymurk crab and tapped my two creatures. I wished to untap them at the start of combat using great train heist, but the game auto skipped to my end step. The game shouldn’t auto skip to end step when there is an untap ability at instant speed in hand. This lost me a ranked match, since my opponent was tapped out and I had lethal in the air.

Force of negation doesn't work properly
Force of negation doesn't work against any player playing the new samut from fractured reality. The commander doesn't even need to be in play and for some reason you can't cast force of negation for its alternative cost. I tried to counter turn 2 Arcane Signet, and turn 3 lightning Greaves in my most recent game, and it refused to allow me to cast it. I'm not sure if this is a bug with samut herself, or it was the island moon creature they played, but there were 0 cards to prevent countering or casting spells on my opponents turn.

Game loop flagged as not advancing while it does
When performing a gameloop and it has to many actions the game flags it as not advancing the board state and auto passes. But thats not true. For example in the deck i am talking about atm there is Nissa / Lumra CBrawl, and it does per loop 1 / 2 damage to target player and gaining 1-5 life, making some tokens, and or milling some cards. Game freezes when making decks
Every so often, but more so today, every time I go to build a deck, all of a sudden, I can’t choose a card, I can’t check info, I can’t back out! And then when I click on nothing happens either so then when I exit and come back in. I have to start all over again!

removed traditional standard event
Youve removed the traditional standard event ( i assume to fix the network error from previous posts) and taken my gems from my entry. i have been unable to play the event and have 5 games to do in it. can i have a refund of the gems back or confirm that ill be able to participate when the event is made live again?

Missing Email Types
I achieve Top 1200 or Top 250 almost every month. But I've stopped receiving the following emails:
You ranked #X in Constructed!
- Last known send was 7/31, which means I'm missing them for Aug, Sep, and Oct now.
Puree, your X stats are here!
- Last known send was 5/28. I'm not sure how many I should have had since.
I have double-checked and I am enrolled in marketing emails. And they didn't go to my spam folder either.
Possibly relevant is the fact that I had, at some point, disabled Secret Lair emails because they were too spammy. But I…

I should have a "Emergency Phytomedic" in my graveyard since it died in battle.
I was trying to use the flashback of "Generous Revival" but when I look into my graveyard, it's not there anymore. There was nothing on my exile pile as well.
This bug might be the reason I lost the game.

TranslationThe VALKYRIE CALL card has not worked at all in several matches, which has cost me those matches, resulting in a loss of ranking positions, a lack of Gold and experience gain, and it prevents me from continuing to play because it is an essential part of my main deck's mechanics.

Uldaros Theorix.
Just now when I was participating in the competition, during the game I cast Spell Uldaros Theorix. When I used the card effect of Spell, I couldn't use Spell Extended Absence from the graveyard. This caused me to lose the game.

sparks ablaze
sparks ablaze did 1 damage to two creatures instead of 2 to the one targeted. (dont know if the bug has to do with both creatures opponent had, having the same name )

How are contender drafts qued? Are they still mixed with Premier?
I would like clarity on if the ques for contender draft are still mixed with premier draft. I am not ready to face contender level opponents and I'm trying to decide if I should just give up on drafting until next set as I will if the ques are still mixed.

BUG Unable to Join Event/Please try Again Later
Network Error when trying to play in a Traditional Standard Event. It let me submit my deck, but it gives Network Error Unable to Join Event/Please Try Again Later whenever I click play. Then it will not let me click Play again.

Bug with Traditional Draft
I completed the traditional draft last night, when I went to go play my first game I got the network error in the screenshot below. I figured it might have been a client-wide issue so I tried booting up a standard game but to my surprise I was able to get in. I figured I had some time this morning to play a couple games but I received the same error this morning as well. I'm worried I'm going to lose my Arena draft token and that I'm not necessarily as available to complete some bo3 games this weekend.
