How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

- Enter your feedback
- Add any relevant screenshots/videos

Server problems
I've been unable to play for eight nights. Every time I try to connect, there are server issues. I've been waiting for the problem to be resolved and filing reports for over a week now.
I'm very discouraged; at this rate, I might quit the game.

Galvanize not doing 5 damage after second card draw
I draw my first card during my turn
Then play OPT (which allows me to scry 1 and draw a card.
This is my second card draw this turn.
I then play Galvanize. But it only hits for 3 damage, not 5. But the requirement to make it do 5 damage has been met.
This is a bug.This is reproduceable on PC and Android version.

Crashing on iOS
I’m on iOS, iPhone 15pro. There was an iOS update yesterday and sense then the game has started to crash when loading into a match,it’s also making any ongoing audio stutter and distort.

just stop emailing me back if your going to repeat yourself be wrong and ignore the issues
you customer service is dumb, im done just stop emailing me back, its not an issue with my connection or tech your just ignoring the problems and doing nithing, i will continue ti post everytime i have an issue, just stop recontacting me with worthless information. your tech support is trash and if the same coypke csr respond like bits one more time im blocking your emails.

Game crashes
Magic the Gathering Arena keeps crashing on mobile device, while I am in the middle of matches. This happens often, causing me to forfeit matches and events. Please update MtGA for mobile platforms so it doesn’t keep crashing

Tutorial is skipped without my permission
When I first downloaded the game, blue flame thanked me for defeating the dragon and gave me some decks. Trying to replay the tutorial leads to the same result. Attempting to repair the files did not help.

Opponent timed out but I lost
Opponent timed out but I lost. Opponent was Aharmlessbeetle. Using an angel deck and was out of cards in their hand. Also why am I ranking down? Your info says once I gain a rank I can’t lose it before the end of the season but I am repeatedly losing my rank. Also, your website is glitching and when I try to report bugs it won’t let me sign in or post a bug, just search for similar topics. I kept refreshing about 10 times and got lucky this time I guess. I am on iOS

Worst Match ups…
There is absolutely no reason for me to get matched up vs my worst match ups 90% of the time….like cmon it’s getting ridiculously bad…how am I suppose to play the game when this is happening? I’m not a pro by any means nor am I a good player I’m avg maybe above at best but I consistently make mythic in ranked. This 50% is ********.

BUG: Did not recieve quest reward for doing 3 matches in Quick Draft
I did a Quick Draft today after the quest for doing 3 Quick Draft matches appeared and won 3 times and lost 3 times, and did not receive any credit for the quest that gives 1000 gold and requires me to complete 3 Quick Draft matches. Attached is the log file.

Game loss due to dropped connection
Dropped connection kicked from draft game with no way to reenter. resulted in game loss. Has now happened twice on 2 days in a row. These events cost real world money, and being able to maximize play is contingent on not losing. Being handed an undeserved loss when the game drops connection (am on wifi and with phone service back up) is unacceptable.

Stunning The Water Crystal that has been tapped by Stuck in Summoner's Sanctum breaks the game
Repro steps
1 - Cast "The Water Crystal"
2 - Cast "Stuck in Summoner's Sanctum" and tap the Water Crystal Down
3 - Cast Ice Flan and stun the already tapped "The Water Crystal"It puts infinite stun counters on it and then anything after this point goes on the stack and is invisible.

Chocobo companion is obnoxious to the point that I automatically leave a match whenever a player is using it
Please reduce the noise it makes or remove the sound entirely, thanks

Please, bring Unstable lands back to the shop
It would be great if lands like the John Avon lands like Unstable came back to the shop!
I couldn't get them at the time as I wasn't playing at the time and would love to add them to my collection.
I would definitely buy them this time, and also other similar style full landscape lands.

Unable to activate Alquist Proft ability
Hello! During a game today, I was unable to activate the ability of Alquist Proft on my opponent's turn. This happened twice, and both times I looked at all the cards on the battlefield to see if there was an effect that would shut off the ability. I couldn't find one.

Assegnazione segnalini "crociata dei catari"
Quando le creature che entrano sono troppe, il sistema non riesce ad assegnare tutti i segnalini +1+1 richiesti.
L'animazione avviene correttamente (con il pop up della carta "crociata dei catari") ma pur sembrando si stia applicando, non funziona.1 vote -

Error de servidor
Llevo una semana sin poder conectarme por las noches, siempre da error al conectarse al servidor. He puesto varios reportes ya, pero sin resultado.

Game keeps not responding
The game keeps freezing and coming up with the widows not responding window, if I press close program then my whole computer freezes without mtga closing but if I simply tab out I can use my computer perfectly fine.
I have tried updating my gpu and cpu drivers as well as verifying the game files and deleting and redownloading and nothing has fixed it.
This error happens randomly when doing anything on the game and as such I cannot play the game at all
I am on pc, windows 11 and launch through steam

LIMITE ECHANGE DE CODE
Sur les 2 codes présent dans le STARTER PACK FF, seule l'un des 2 a "fonctionner". Pour l'autre, je n'arrive pas a échanger un code, car cela me précise que le compte a atteint sa limite d'échange.
Alors que j'ai acheté le produit dans un magasin affilié et j'ai bien ouvert le DECK STARTER FINAL FANTSY en main propre.
