How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. attack step didn't give me priority despite having mana to cast an instant

    when opponent went to attack step, client never gave priority to cast an instant

    had 2 mana available, rally the monastery in hand, and had cast a spell previously that turn for rally the monastery to have reduced cost, went straight from main phase 1 of opponents turn to damage resolution of combat without ever passing priority to cast

  2. Stone of Erech

    Opponent has Stone of Erech out and I have Valkyrie's Call out, Valkyrie's Call should overrule Stone of Erech but it doesn't.

  3. Ban Ugin, Eye of the Storms in brawl

    Joining the chorus that Ugin needs a ban in brawl. Exiling the table by playing the deck is not workable. If you are going to keep allowing Ugin, especially as a commander, then you need to adjust your matchmaking system so Ugin decks only play against colorless decks.

  4. Fiendish Panda did not trigger after dying

    I was playing a game of limited and my 3/2 Fiendish Panda (no counters) was Stabbed for -2/-2, died and went to graveyard. It did not trigger it's reanimation ability on death despite having two 2-drops in the graveyard (Hungry Ghoul and Vengeful Bloodwitch) which I would have gladly reanimated rather than lose the match :(

  7. Make the turn timer 10 to 15 seconds per phase on ranked games

    I shouldn't have to deal with guys going on ranked games and just wasting time.

  8. Qoneus killed while Etb on stack.

    My qoneus was killed while his etb was on the stack. No option to put him on bottom of library came up. He just vanished and both exiled cards stayed exiled. He wasn’t in my graveyard, exiled, or bottom of deck. Seems like a bug?

  9. A not fun match

    I know it is a part of the game, but some things remove the fun from it.

    Playing against opponents whose major game idea is to disturb/destroy their opponent's playing is not fun to play against, thinking of:

    * Discard, I want to play with my honestly earned cards. 
    * Heist, become killed by my own cards is humiliating. IMHO: Play with our own cards. 
    * Reveal hand, search opponent's library, where is the fun here? 
    

    This will not change anything, just felt that I wanted to say this.

  10. Opponent cast card they shoud't be able to

    PC In Pick-Two Draft Through the Omenpaths my opponent cast spell Scions of the Ur-Spider without paying black mana for its casting cost. They should be unable to cast that spell because they did not have any black mana source.

  11. Turns progressing eratically then stopping alltogether.

    During draft game, opponent declared an attacker. Selecting a creature to block then seemed to freeze. Timer ran down and I could not act. It was unclear whether the blocker was selected.
    Turn progressed, opponenet timer ran down and then at the very end two cards were played quickly with little time to see what they were.
    Then my turn skipped as if my timer had already ran down, and it hung on the oponents turn for a few minutes without progressing.

    Pretty confident I was going to win the game the next turn but instead lost my draft run.…

  13. End Season Rewards gave cosmetics I already had

    At the end of the season rewards for September, I correctly received the booster packs and two cosmetic rewards; however, the cosmetic rewards were ones that I had already previously earned from Edge of Eternities. At least one was earned during the master pass. It was "Vote Out".

    I can't pass the tutorial — specifically, the IV tutorial. The game gives me the option to use a card that evokes 3 monsters to block an attack, but I can't select the monsters to block.

  16. Please do something for historic BO1

    Please do something for historic BO1. It's becoming very boring and repetitive. 85% of the matches are against Eldrazi or Reanimator, both very boring to have against. Most of the time, I quit the app and I play other games and apps way more satisfying. Please consider rebalancing the format, since it's boring and you lose players. Reanimator, with the new additions, consistently closes the game on the second turn, and I don't understand why Eldrazi should ramp so much and be able to destroy land in the early game, while all the other decks don't have the same possibility.

  17. Game loads on PC then effectlively freezes upon clicking Play

    Game loads on PC fine after update. However, upon main splash page loading, if I click on any buttons, be it "Play", "Store", "Deck", ect. the game begins to lag exponentially. This results in any attempt to click a further action outright freezing the program and the only way out is to close the program externally.

  18. Full control issue

    Bloomburrow draft final match.
    To make sure i can tap two tokens to crew my vehicle i entered full control mode as ive lost games in the past due to phases skipping simply because i am tapped out of mana yet have activated abilities that i still need to use. I was making my second token pre combat and wished to crew the vehicle. The option to tap for a counter was the only one highlighted. Then the game be skipped straight to combat. To add insult to injury. My second main phase skipped before i could at least tap…

  19. Razorkin Needlehead Triggers

    Razorkin Needlehead is triggering from the players hand. The creature does not have to be on the battlefield for Razorkin Needlehead's triggers to activate. Players are exploiting this bug with Winds of Change.

  20. terror of the peaks auto targets self

    Terror of the Peaks auto target is self, meaning if you have too many terror stacks and run out of time arena auto selects yourself for any remaining stacks. Game example I had 81 terror of the peark stacks due to mirror march, and even with just mass clicking the opponent so each stack would apply to the opponent as soon as possible, arena timed out of 3 ropes and over 40+ stacks, then applied to myself.

    perhaps a feature to select x targets for the same card effect going on the stack
