How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Explorer Ranked froze 2 games in a row
My games in Explorer Ranked froze 2 games in a row. The timer still ran down...and I could still click the battlefield...but it would not let me cast cards...and my opponent's cards did not resolve. The timer ran down and then just froze...but was still glowing and stuff. I included the capture log of the 2nd game that froze. It's not fair...I was about to win both of those games. It's hard to move up in Ranked...and this doesn't make it any easier.

A Five-Year Player's Plea
Hey there,
So, after half a decade of slinging spells, I'm wondering if there's any chance we could jazz things up a bit:
How about letting us change our nicknames without jumping through hoops? Or am I doomed to live with the cringeworthy handle I came up with back in the beta days? And seriously, what's the deal with hotkey customization? Is it really that much of a game-changer that it's off the table?P.S. Spare me the spiel about valuing my feedback. Just implementing these basic features would speak volumes. Cheers.

Game hung up in the middle of targeting ability
Game hung up in the middle of targeting ability:
In the middle of a Standard Ranked match, I was playing Aether Channeler. I had Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines out on the board, so Aether Channeler's choose an ability option fired twice. First, I chose to Return to Hand my opponent's Evolved Sleeper. Second, I chose Return to Hand but the game hung up and I was never able to choose the second target. There is a flashing orange glow around the playmat and you can still hear the sound and move the mouse, but I can't click on anything…1 vote -
network failure/change handling
At the moment, the app handles network changes very poorly. Say I'm using my phone and moving around, phone detects wifi and connects, the match will stop with no errors or attempts to reconnect, the rope will start locally for whoever has the priority at the time of the network change but the user will see no changes. This is not okay for a mobile game, we should at least get a popup to know we have to restart the app and ideally the app should handle reconnecting automatically. Please handle this properly, I have lost a lot of games…

Representation matters
One of my favorite aspects of magic has always been the art. As a kid, I had three or four cards I found at a bus stop, I'd stare at them for hours at a time (pre-google times). Imagine my surprise as an adult to find the art lacking.
I don't see any fat people. Every planeswalker is buff and/or lithe. Most drawn humanoids have the same shoulder and hip ratios, and they all look like olympians. Surely the use of magic would allow for a powerful caster who isn't quite so.... barbie and ken.

Doppelgang and the token cap
Thanks to Doppelgang's introduction MTG Arena's token cap is easier than ever to reach; this means either there needs to be a way to select token priority and/or raise the token cap. This is especially a problem in non-standard formats where token doubling, spell copying, and infinite mana loops are more readily available. Since Doppelgang doesn't let you target fewer than X and it seems to prioritize land tokens it's very easy to not get anything of value out of using it.

Black screen/unable to get collection android 12 since Dec27 2023
After finishing loading it shows "waiting for server" for several seconds and than makes the noise as if finished and sometimes even plays the music but screen stays black. Deleting cache, restarting phone didn't help. After reinstalling the whole game and restarting phone I could play one match til it lost connection and then returned to the same black screen behaviour again, now sometimes changing to "unable to get collection try again later" either way, I just can't play the game.
It's beyond annoying

Drop Twitch
Hello, I would like my time spent on Twitch as a streamer or when I watch other streamers to be rewarded with free X3 or X5 packs...
There is the Hearstone game which has drops on Twitch, why not Magic Arena?

Convoke/Casualty Bug - Caetus, Sea Tyrant of Segovia + any card with casualty
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
-Play and flip Invasion of Segovia
-Play a non-creature spell with casualty, and use your creatures to convoke it with
-The creatures you used to pay the convoke cost are not able to be selected to be sacrificed for the convoke (I was holding full control)- Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

If you play a spell with casualty that has convoke from Caetus, you are not able to sacrifice creatures used to pay the convoke cost with for casualty.

Precon decks come with no instructions for the mechanics
Hello,
Why don't the Precon decks come with instructions for the mechanics or maybe a small link where you can find it on the internet?
These instructions would be more important than the ones that come with the Precon decks. This only provides background information about the story and general information about Commander mode. But these are the same in every Precon deck.E.g. here:

Shandalar on Arena
It would be fun to have a long-term, player-vs-computer mini-game within Arena that was modeled after the old Shandalar video game.
You would start off with a low-powered assortment of cards from a certain set (or sets), and tour a simple map of the associated plane, dueling against AI opponents to win new and better cards.
There could be a fee to play though each plane, earning cards as you go, or they could even be phantom cards.
This would be an awesome, low-stress variant for players who like a larger strategic experience.

A few suggestions
1, give an option to turn off that Spark tutorial. Anyone veteran player doesn't to be FORCED to wait for Spark to finish its tutorial to make it go away. We just want to play MTG:A and throw money at digital cards. Seeing that Hasbro is laying off more WOTC employees, yall might need the sales.
2, This UI bad.
2a, When I select 'Report a bug or submit feedback', it loads this form but immediately redirects me to another page. How is this helpful? Either load the form and let me submit or just redirect me. Don't do both…

Automatic Deck Making
It would be cool if you added a way to automatically make a deck based on your preferences and how you played in your last 5 games, as well as being able to choose which and how many colors to put in the deck.

Geist of Saint Traft Combo results in horrible gameplay
The leyline / geist of saint traft / fragment reality combo in historic results in awful, repetitive gameplay patterns in the best of 1 format. The issue is not with the strength of the deck, but that every game against is the same. Something needs to be done.
Easy fix: don't let fragment reality target permanents you control.
