The game does not have an option to cancel the queue. Yes, there is a "Cancel" button but it does absolutely nothing. I had to concede 3 times today to cancel a queue.

I pressed the button for more than 60 seconds, the wait finally ended in a draw...

I look for an opponent for a match. It takes forever, doesn't find anyone. The cancel button doesn't work.
Sometimes it Will find a match but I'm not aware of it, as it still shows that I'm looking for it. I have to close the game, re-open and sometimes the match Will start. sometimes it doesn't find anyone at all.

some times i get a match. mostly im just waiting and the cancel button doesnt work. somes times i even try to cancel right away and then i get a match and im just like nooo ive been mashing this button and it never works why is it even there??????????????

Log for details. Waited a long time, tried to cancel. Never got an opponent so went to draw. Button was unresponsive.

I hope some of you guys are still reading this. I'm having the same problem. Can never get a match. even know and again it will load a match but normally it just keeps "Looking" for a match and the timer will just go on and on an on. Sometimes the game will freeze around 2minutes. I've tried everything. I summit a trouble ticket and they provide ZERO help. Just said we passed this issue to people more important and don't expect to hear back from us again. So waste of my time and no problem solved.

Did anyone figure out how to fix this?

Queued for ranked traditional, attempted to cancel back out immediately to adjust sideboard, clock continued counting, attempted to cancel repeatedly for nearly 30 seconds straight before being matched anyway.

First, the same problem has been happening to me several times. I decided to monitor the problem and this is the info I have to share. The log file I'm uploading contains data from my first match and after that, I tried to play one more game, but the problem occured.

Steps:
1 - Click on play with a deck already selected.
2 - Enter the queue
3 - Matchmaking takes forever and doesn't find a match
4 - I try to hit the 'Cancel' button, but it doesn't work
5 - After 10 minutes or so, I gave up, and closed the game using Alt+F4
That has been happening very often!

Actual Results:
1 - I click the Cancel button and I don't leave the queue!
2 - Matchmaking doesn't find a match!

Expected Results:
1 - I think we are supposed to cancel the matchmaking or leave the queue any time before connecting to a game;
2 - If I click the Cancel button I should leave the queue, even if I disconnected from the server eventually (network issues) I should leave the queue and then a Message asking for reconnecting should pop-up;
3 - We are supposed to leave the matchmaking when clicking the Cancel button, not having to close the entire game and reopen it;

I can't cancel and I don't get into a game. I got stuck in the queue for more than 7 minutes and only Alt+F4 works for me. It started to happen all the time! : \

Sometimes a get stuck when finding a game and only Alt+F4 can solve the problem. 'Cancel' button doesn't work, and the matchmaking doesn't find a match. I waited for more than 7 minutes and nothing happened! This problem became frequent!

When searching for a match I go to hit cancel but when I do I still get into a game, my screen will freeze for a moment and will still put me in a match

Ohh, and game log, or whatever...

Cancel button doesn't work half the time. It waits for like a few minutes, says nothing about "no opponents" or "disconnected," eventually just displays "Draw," which makes no sense. It can't be a "draw" or a "win" or a "loss," if I never even got an opponent.

I press the cancel button, it doesn't work.

While pairing for a game I waited 30 seconds before realizing that I wanted to changed a deck before a game. I proceeded to click cancel.... nothing happened. I clicked cancel several times, spam clicked it and it the game still tried to find me a game. I waited over 4 minutes while pressing cancel before I decided to close out the game and restart.
