Season just ended I was in platinum and didn’t receive any packs….. I really needed those as I didn’t buy many if the newest packs expecting to get 9 when the season ended

Just in case anyone else comes here with the problem like "ranked up and didn't get my reward": it's not a problem. You don't get rewards for ranking up. Rewards are given at the end of the month, for the highest rank you achieved (or for the current if you wish, because that's the same).

I just ranked up to silver, but did not get the rewards. Can I expect getting them at a next game? I'm on MTGA for Android (Samsung S10+)

Same thing happened to me. It said I had a play a match or something to get my limited rewards. Was in Diamond and then I never got anything.

Posting as same thing happened to me. Played Platinum tier in Constructed and when i moved to Diamond I was not awarded the 3 packs, gold or card styles. Thanks.

When season ended I did not get my rewards for constructed. I do not think I was eligible for limited rewards.

Am not getting any rewards. Didn't get any for reaching gold in constructed, but assumed I had and it just didn't animate. But just got silver in limited and no reward either.

Game (non ranked: Play) after win, claim prize not working the ranks for limited and constructed populated and game froze. Prizes for the end of season did not get received.

I didn't receive the gold reward for the last season. I believe I got the 2 packs for gold tier, I'm not 100% sure because I had recently bought some packs and gotten some more from weekly rewards, but I'm positive that I didn't get the 1k gold reward.

I finished the June season at Platinum in Constructed and Silver in Limited, but it looks like I didn't get the Limited rewards. I only got 1000 Gold, 3 Packs, and 2 arts. I believe I'm short 500 Gold and 1 Pack.

I experienced the same, it showed my rewards, but did not allow me to collect them.
