Exactly the same here since Nov 17 2021 - I have to force-quit the client to do anything else.

Same thing here. Can't access the store for 2 days because im having an infinite "Waiting for server" message which I can't even cancel so i have to close the client from task manager.

I've got 2 Arena accounts. My main 1 can't access the Shop!
It stays forever on "Waiting for the Server...".
My other account can access the Shop normally
Plz, I wanna buy some daily cosmetics there like I did in my 2nd account!
Already tried Arena support and they couldn't solve it!

Whenever I click on store it gets stuck on waiting for server, have tried waiting 10+ minutes with no luck. Can't back out of it either, have to alt F4 to close the game after I click it.

When I attempt to access the store, it continuously tries to "connect to server" without ever letting me in

I've been having this issue since this morning (11/17/2020). So far, all other functions seem to be working.

Hello I'm playing on pc and recently I have been unable to access the store in game. When I click on the tab I am placed in an indefinite "waiting for server" screen with the loading circle. I have tried waiting an upwards of fifteen minutes and the only way to leave this screen is to alt+f4

I've tried a few times, but whenever I try to enter the Store (via the normal access route, or the mainpage advertisement,) I become stuck at the Waiting For Server... screen. I have waited for 30 minutes or more, with no change. I am forced to re-start the game to play again. Everything else works fine, I can enter matches, etc.

When I try to load the Store on the Windows Client the "Waiting for Server Response" screen happens and then nothing thereafter. Waited for multiple minutes multiple times, but nothing happens in the client, it just seems to be stuck in this screen.

I also can't access the store. Every time I click on the store, it either loads forever, or crashes on me.

Everytime I try to buy something from the store it just says it gets lost trying to find the link. All I want to do is buy stuff and it won't let me access anything. The rest of my game works perfectly.

Since 11am EST I am unable to access the store, all other client functionality seems fine. I've tried on two separate machines with two separate internet connections. Both have the issue, clicking on store generates a blank black screen indefinite and Arena app must be force closed.
