Froze during attack and got a loss in premier draft...

Today, during a match in the Traditional Draft event, my opponent froze during a turn and remained inactive for over 18 minutes without taking any action. The game remained stuck and did not award me the victory, as it normally does when the opponent is inactive. When the countdown timer in the top left corner of the screen reached zero, it started counting up, but the game remained frozen. Having already wasted 20 minutes of my time, I decided to close the game. When I restarted it, I noticed that the match was considered a loss, even though I hadn’t actually lost the game. This is unfair, as we were in the second game of a best-of-three series, and I had a strong chance of winning. I ended up losing due to a bug. I demand some form of compensation, as it takes a lot of effort to gather enough gold to buy entry into the event, only to lose because of a system error.

Games froze during draft game, I couldn´t do nothing, like acess menu or something like that.

Disconnection during traditional draft game. During my second and third games, the launcher lost connection and I lost the games in the first match of each game. So I lost 10k gold and the chance to win the games. I am waiting a solution to my problem.

Fix the platform, make the servers faster...I lost a game without even playing

The game froze during the game, it happened already twice this week, the previous game automatically causes game loss as i re-start the game. Waste for my 2,000 points payment to play the round.

Just had this happen as well at the start of a draft game while in the waiting for opponent bit at about 8 seconds on timer, client just froze and started making weird noises. Closed and tried again, but got same response, again at 8 seconds. Tried a third after closing every other program and again exact same. Rebooted laptop and game was over before had even started on my end. No idea what caused this as hasn't happened in any other games I've played before in that draft or others and was 5-2 at the time so ended the draft. Just WTH? Do I need to worry about this happening again?

Game froze in the middle of a match. I cannot tell what caused it, and I had been using the same deck/cards for multiple matches in a row with no issues. Nothing fixed the freeze and I had to shut down the app. Playing on android with zero issues before this instance.

This was during a event so am I going to be reimbursed cuz I took a loss and could have kept on playing
