game keeps crashing when a 2nd enchantment hits the field on my opponents side. it's the 2nd time this morning in the 2 games I've played so far this morning. please fix it. also, the game crashes when I try to get back into the game

just played another game. crashed again. the opponent played a creature with an effect. didnt have a chance to read it. please fix your game.

Can not enter any battles from different devices after FF update

Just appened on Arena cube draft, twice in a row. Two game loss without chance of joining them.

Happens to me every other day, always on X-2.

Same to me since last update. I play standard and it crashes often when i launch the game or in the game. (I play in my iphone 13)

This has just happened to me in a Sealed MKM game.

Frequent crashing on iPad in draft and constructed. Have lost several games over the past week.

I've had arena for literally months without issues. Played a traditional draft this morning, 2 games go off fine but the third one crashed every time after trying to load into the match. Mildly annoying as I payed gems for it. Tried a restart and running as admin, nothing worked. Once I had recieved the loss it booted back to menu just fine.

Same here... keep losing drafts thanks to this... need to restart the game and rounds keep going. It's frustrating

Game keeps crashing. At least every second Match.
Reinstalling, deleting Temp folders, deleting Registry Entry, Reinstalling, Restarting... It keeps happening and won't keep playing this game.
Had a ticket, but from three different support staff member got three stupid answers. after submitting all the logs: Windows events, dxdiag, crashlog... and for sure they didn't even look at it.
From basic Restart/Reinstalling advise to "Don't use wireless connection (broadband with at least 25 Mbps really?" to use VPN (US based, even if this WOULD solve the crashes. This should be a permanent status???WTH?!) and using different wireless network from different ISP... yeah now I should try wireless and for sure it suddenly could be my ISP?! How?!
Those people are so clueless and give standard pre-made advises.
The last one told me to look here for other players with the problem "maybe someone has a solution"
So now I have to do research to play this game?

Game crashed in the middle of a Game that i was winning. It looked like i was waiting for my opponent to play but the timeout bar got stuck in the end. Didn't reconnect. I Closed and open the game and it figured like i got a lost

Game crashed. Entire screen froze and entire computer was unresponsive. After a about half a minute windows responded to ctrl+alt+delete and task manager killing arena cleared up the issue. This is the only game I have where this happens, so I'm certain that Arena is causing an issue with my graphics card.
