same here, stucked in " waiting for server"

unplayable at the moment. there has always been too much silly crashes for such a big production, but lately you can't play the game at all. as soon as i click on play in the home menu, it crashes. it it works sometimes, but more often it does not.
please fix this, thanks for your efforts :)

It had been crashing incidentally before, but since yesterday the game crashes whenever I click on something on the home screen after startup. Profile, Decks, Packs, Store, Mastery, or trying to start a game in any way causes the game to crash, so I can't do anything.

Things that do work: Friends, Options, Learn more.

But it seems to change after some time. At first, I was able to click on Mastery, and when I got to the mastery screen I could start a game. That worked a couple of times, but then it started crashing when I click Mastery too. Then I found out I could go to the store via the "New deals every day" post on the home screen, and after that I could start a game. That worked for 2 games, but now it crashes when I click on "New deals every day" too. I'm running out of places to click without crashing.

I have a MacBook Pro (2019), MacOS 10.15.2. I already followed all troubleshooting suggestions (reinstalling etc), filed a case for Technical support and sent them logs, but they said they have no known solution based on the info I sent and referred me to this site. Hardly helpful.

Just stuck at "Waiting for the server..." Initially it was only affecting my desktop, and started about 7 days ago, but now is affecting the laptop also.

Very frustrating. Ive also updated Visual C++ with no improvement and tried the FlushDNS fixes on the website.

Freezes after opponents timer runs out.

Hey - this is my third time coming back to post about this stupid crashing issue and being locked out. The game crashed during the start of two ranked games and also had an "infinite" timer for my opponent and they never timed out. I am also within a waiting que that has lasted 10+ minutes EVEN when i close the client - Can WOTC give a Sh*t and fix something please? This is miserable

This evening my game is stuck at starting, on black screen with message "Enattente du serveur...".
The game is constantly downloading, at 100% of my connection capacity (almost 1MB/s, I see that with NetLimiter program).

This happens to me about 1 in 3 games.
If I keep arena in window mode, and alt-enter for fullscreen when this happens, the program crashes to the crash handler.
I usually will do this instead of other methods of restarting, in hopes it sends a report.
I generally can restart the program in time before auto-concede.
My system is below specs, so I just deal with it.
Posting in case it helps anyone, as doing the alt-enter can ensure that the bug is happening -- going fullscreen only will crash arena during this black screen bug, and can be done as soon as the bug is suspected, so as to quickly restart in time.

Same, I’ve tried adjusting the graphics (which worked for a moment), uninstalled, reinstalled, and it still keeps crashing. At the moment, the game is unplayable on my Mac.

From bad, to worse, to stupid. Way to go wizard, you have successfully been unable to produce a stable digital card game in 2020. Impressive !

Game has been either crashing or stuttering on every action. When you play a card it pauses, when someone attacks it pauses, when you hover over a card it pauses.

At least once per draft. And almost always costs me one loss. Concerned about how that ever gets evened. Should be refunded when that colures.
