I've been seeing this error since today at approximately 13:00 UTC time when I execute Magic Arena. I tried to uninstall and reinstall as specified here:

but the problem remains.

The same here. I cannot log in. Authentication failed all the time so I uninstalled and re-installed but it still does not work.

I can not log in either. Authentication failed and i uninstalled and reinstalled the game on pc and mobile. they need to get it together and let people know what is going on.

These admin comments are quite ridicolous. I have gone through every written article that you have provided and no solution. So as an admin please provide some conrete actions. Something happened and it is affecting lot of players in various systems so no common actions does not solve the root cause.

same issue i played this morning and now there is no way i can enter in both pc and mobile, i tried everything in the troubleshoot section, cleared cache, reinstalled the game, disabled firewall, changing time to utc+0, running as admin, nothing i guess it`s not something i can fix but wizard has to because if i create another account i can enter...

Hello,
Not working on Ios Iphone 8 and not in Windows laptop. Yesterday everything worked fine. Tried several different networks, with and without firewall. Uninstalled and indtalled several times.

It seems that this is a well known issue. I was able to log in last night, and then went to play this morning and started getting the time out error.

Dear admin, if many of us manage to log in with a fresh account but not the main one, there is probably a bug, or not? from his statement should we mean that the problem will not be fixed?

Same issue on Android. Restarted phone redownload app from the app store. My login on the wizards account website works fine but it says can't log in on the app.

Same issue : can't login, it always says timeout (even though when my credentials are wrong, it amnages to check it in time)

I'm experiencing the same issue. This happens both on mobile (iOS) and Mac. Both of my OS are the latest version. On iOS, I uninstalled and re-installed the game - the same error occurs. I've tried this in different networks as well. I've restarted both of my devices and the issue persists.
