Same here, this just happened to me.

i've had the same problem! i bought the mastery pass at lvl 78 and it didn't give me the draft token. Also when the rewards were unlocked the game didn´t show me what i got from the mastery pass.

I got the Mastery Pass after reaching level 17 and I did not receive the draft token.

"Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline as to when an update will be released to address the issue"

Just wonderful. The only reason I'm not taking further action over this fiasco is because I bought the pass with gems I got playing the game so no actual money spent, otherwise they would be hearing of me.

Same as Blazenforge#79233, I bought the mastery at level 41 and I did not get the draft toker. And I don't know for the mythic cards.

I bought the Mastery pass today 30 august and did not receive the player draft token even after relogging is not fixing it

I also had this issue once purchasing the Mastery Pass once I hit level 30 on Advernture in the Forgotten Realms. I was looking forward to receiving my green dragon pet along with the other rewards up to level 30, but out of all I received I am positive that the draft token normally awarded at level 15 was not given.

Issue still not fixed. Just purchased and received everything except draft token and maybe IRC's? Nothing was shown except for the first sleeve and the avatar when I purchased the pass.

Did not get my player draft token after purchasing mastery pass. I purchased mastery pass with 3400 gems and got all the rewards (I think) except for the player draft token at level 15 and I was over level 50 at the time (3 days ago). I forgot to copy log file, now is maybe too late but sending it anyway.
