Earn a new deck stuck at 0:00:00
The earn a new deck quest feature is stuck at 0:00:00 left on the timer with no way to earn a new deck

I seem to be having the same issue. It has been a problem for many weeks now. I've come to the realization that there should be five more decks I can earn. I've earned the 5 mono colored decks and I've earned 5 dual color decks. From what I've read online, there should be five more decks I can earn and by the sounds of it, they are received all at once, but instead it continues to tell me earn a new deck tomorrow but the timer never resets. A friend of mine also confirmed he has earned a total of 15 decks. 5 mono colored and 10 dual colored.

Hi, my name is Jacopo (RavegnaTheBrave#93153) and i'm a returning player on MTGA. I think i'm having a problem with the quests to get the new pre-constructed decks such as Sky patrol, Lifeline, and all the other releasd with the update of the 6th of July. The problem itself is that the timer for the quest to obtain theese decks is stoped on 00.00.00 for a week now. I tried to uninstall and install back the game several times and nothing is changed. I hope is something that can be easily fixed. thank you for the amazing game and i hope you'll contact me soon.

I have been playing MTG: Arena for a few weeks now. I noticed after day three or four that I was no longer unlocking the two color decks (timer wpuld always display 00:00:00 "Unlock a new deck tomorrow") also when trying to authenticate my email I would always receive an error message. "There was an error verifying your account." I had hoped that after an update that this issue would be resolved, but no luck.
After waiting so long with no fix I'm strongly considering creating a new account but would hate to lose my current collection and investment of time/money. I believe this issue should be easy enough to resolve if the dual color starter decks are just added to my profile and the email verification issue is resolved.

And the support is completely useless. My ticket regarding the blacksreen issue was only answered after they released the fix. And it was not "We had a bug, that was fixed", it was "check your graphics driver", wich first of all I already did as mentioned in the opening of the ticket and second is definitely not a usefull answer if I report to have this issue on 3 different devices and even 2 different OS...

Same for me. Just recently started playing MTG(A), soon after had the blackscreen bug and now this. Might be looking for other Trading Card Games as of the 3 weeks of playing MTGA now I only encountered a few days without getting annoyed by major bugs -.-

This issue has not been fixed yet and i really don't feel like you people moving your fingers to fix it. After next week we won't even be able to get these decks and cards because new decks will arrive and no sir, as a new player i won't pay money to get those cards that i could get for free just because you can't fix your major bugs for weeks and i will lose all my willing to continue playing Arena for sure-before i could really start playing actually due to this bug and not having decent cards and decks. We talking about hundreds of cards here. You have great support team btw -as shown in the attachment- , even support team of 10 years old crap game i play respond in 12 to 24 hours everytime i need support. Been 11 days and still no answer and i've sent this ticket almost one week after this bug occured...

The quest has been stuck like this since the last big update. At first I thought it was intended like there were simply no new decks. At most I can say that the program might have crashed while it was doing so.
