I played like 7 games today, won them all but the rank is not moving from bronze 0 at all.
Is it fixable?

strange phenomenon on 9/26/2021:
Still stuck at bronze 0 but for some reason this exclamation mark is no longer here and the "you must play a game this season to obtain rewards" text is no longer there. I also received one pack for being bronze rank.

My standard rank is stuck at Bronze tier 0. It won't go up even though I have won a ton. Please help me fix

Even if I win, I'm stuck at level 0 of Bronze and not ranking up.

We can assume they're just letting this problem sit until the new season starts. They probably think it'll fix itself but their client is so buggy it will just make more problems.

Same problem as everyone else in the thread, including the **** support response. They "added my vote" to a topic with 2 votes that I could barely find in the sea of other threads with the same problem and 0-2 votes. Support after that just closes my ticket randomly to get rid of me.

Pretty terrible response I've had atleast.

I also have the same problem. Finished tutorial, played until I got all of the free decks and after that play ranked games. No matter how many ranked games I win, the progress bar will be stuck at bronzer tier 0. It is really frustrating not being able to progress in ranked queue and receive no response from support.

Any news on this?
