bronze tier 0
saw some other people had this problem but no solutions, stuck at bronze rank 0 and no way to rank up. any updates to this problem?

The only thing more frustrating and ridiculous than this bug is the unprofessional and nonchalant way that WOC is trying to sweep it under the rug by marking requests as solved and refusing to compensate players who have been dealing with this issue for months, unable to get rewards. I am literally watching it drive new players away from the game

"I understand that this Bronze Tier 0 bug is frustrating, but I got confirmation that a fix is being worked on and should be deployed on 11/11 with the Crimson Vow release."

still bugged 3 months later. draft and ranked 0 points. a lot of codes wasted (physycal cards). the only wizards response: an automatic email with 10k gold.
wizards please don't steal and waste my time and my money. -

They have closed my requests as "solved" and have said only that they add my request to this post and that they know about this bug. Very sad and ridiculous, buddies.
I'll quit the game until they have fixed this mess.IMPORTANT: Please don't create a new account, otherwise they will not consider us. Remember that the bug has been around for months and they did nothing. Don't play their own game, if you know what i say.

Still have the bug in ranked. I won several matches in ranked and i still remain in Bronze level 0, like many people here. Do you want to ignore us and answer with standard phrase like "we know the issue" and not do anything? Are you serious to force us to create a new account? No way.

I started to play the ranked matches, but after some victories my level remained the same. My level doesn't change from the initial Bronze level 0, but i won some matches in ranked.

I submitted a ticket reporting this bug and they replied that they know about it, and that's it. They didn't solve the problem and apparently they didn't solve it for anyone here either. There are people reporting this error for years and I have not found anything talking about a solution. I spent money on this game and I find this attitude of the company unacceptable.

I am also having the same bug, whether on my mobile or pc on the same account. I have spent money on this game and yet playing ranked is pointless because my rank can not go up. an outright disgrace that this hasn't been fixed.
