Having same issue. Anyone found a fix?

Upon opening the app, the screen goes grey like when it normally starts then crashes back to the main screen. It does this each time I open the app. This only started after the most recent update

Exactly the same with me. Why do these errors appear after every new set update?

I’ve reinstalled the app twice. After the first time I was able to downloads content, login, and play. After closing the app it would crash immediately when trying to reopen it.

Wizards! Return target update to hand! Everything was fine before SNC update!

For me, this happens on ipadOS 15.4.1 on a 2017 IPad Prod 10.5". The first run after a clean installation always works. All future attempts to run fail unless you delete the app and reinstall from scratch.

This problem is new with patch 22.15.0 (streets of new capenna).

Experiencing this same problem. Redownloaded and successfully played for a full session but the next time I opened the app the bug returned.

I have to delete the app and install all to play, but it finally starts again…

Upset! App crashes immediately when opened. Reinstall fixes problem until the app is closed

Same issue for me. I can play if I remove the app and then reload it and download 1 gig of files, but it only works while I play it continuously or close it for only a short period. Trying to open the game again after any significant amount of time results in a brief black screen and immediate return to the phone’s Home Screen.

Still happening a day after the update. Nothing on status page

Same here on Apple IPad/IOS after the SNC Update: After reinstall it works for one Session, afterward the App crashes immediately again. Need advice / repair!

App immediately crashes upon selecting it from the Home Screen. Loading screed is not reached. After uninstalling and reinstalling app will load however the issue returns after closing the app and needs to be reinstalled once more. I’ve reinstalled three times with the same results.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!
