Please implement a on-format deck size filter
Please see other similar, long-simmering, on-topic request threads on this issue, but why is there STILL no "on-format deck size" match-making filter?!
I have ZERO interest in playing against off-format, mathematically uncompetative (essentially random-draw) card decks vastly exceeding the size of the format.
Those decks are not allowed in tournaments at my LGS, nor in sanctioned WotC MTG competitive play and, at the very least, there should be a checkbox match-making filter disallowing it in Arena too.
My IRL time and attention in constructed play are worth far more than my MTG Arena record against "white noise".
At the moment, insta-conceding is our only option and that's wrong to those of us that, normally, care about competing.

^^...sounds like a bitter mill deck player...when using a dbag deck, expect to get stomped.

There is not a deck size maximum in Constructed per the CR 100.2. Your LGS is incorrect to disallow them at sanctioned events.
Either way, making a deck more than 60 is rarely a good idea and facing these decks should be easier than a tuned 60 card deck
