Starter Decks are jokes, they are so outdated and they won't do anything about it. There is a possibility they are no longer legal to play in standard.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue - I'll win 3 duels, and the progression of my winnings will remain on the 1st one. It's discouraging given the amount of times we have to play to get consistently 3 wins in a row.

Starer Deck Event not working. I win battle but don't recive any reguard o can keep the deck. It just says that I just won 1 (from 10 or so)

Now solved for me too!

Just updated my Android client and all the decks are in my collection. The update seems fixed.

I wrote to customer service (FR) as suggested below, the answer I got is that the issue is still under investigation but will be corrected in the end, all players should have the starter decks made available.
Wait and see.

2 weeks have passed. Still won't add starter decks to my decks after a win. Somehow (perhaps manually by someone from the support team) 1 starter deck was added. I suspect that the reason is that the win counter has not been reset since the restart of the new decks (already 27/3). As stated in the comments below.

My guess: probably the previous starter deck win data is being held over somehow.
To explain:
My suspicion is that in a previous round of starter decks, I first won Starter Duel in three rounds with the WR deck. I recall it was one of just three options that had been available to me at the time (a samurai deck, a BG deck, and something blue maybe?) I had just started playing Arena shortly before the changeover, which is probably somewhat rare for the people dealing with this bug. Gradually I won all ten decks into my collection. After the changeover, I noticed that immediately, I had access to the WR deck, even though I hadn’t played with it in days (I’d been playing the UR spells matter deck a lot). I played more matches with the new UR deck but did not win access to it.

Exactly the same here. Please fix ASAP as it would be great to use these decks outside of "Starter Deck Duel"
