I logged after not playing for a while. I recieved 5/10 new starter deck. I'm missing the 5 color pairs I had back then with Ravnica starter deck.
Also The mono-color starter deck are not crafted anymore.

Despite winning 3 games in Starter Deck Duel mode with the Black and White deck it did not show up in my Starter Decks. Im not able to get any of the dual decks, despite winning 3 matches with each one of them.

playing cards and getting wins literally anywhere except bot matches makes progress towards the daily missions and daily wins, except for the starter deck duel event. Even the color challenge makes progress. My Starter deck Duel event is currently bugged as it does NOT make progress and that is my issue

Starter Decks are jokes, they are so outdated and they won't do anything about it. There is a possibility they are no longer legal to play in standard.

Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue - I'll win 3 duels, and the progression of my winnings will remain on the 1st one. It's discouraging given the amount of times we have to play to get consistently 3 wins in a row.

Starer Deck Event not working. I win battle but don't recive any reguard o can keep the deck. It just says that I just won 1 (from 10 or so)

Just updated my Android client and all the decks are in my collection. The update seems fixed.

I wrote to customer service (FR) as suggested below, the answer I got is that the issue is still under investigation but will be corrected in the end, all players should have the starter decks made available.
Wait and see.

2 weeks have passed. Still won't add starter decks to my decks after a win. Somehow (perhaps manually by someone from the support team) 1 starter deck was added. I suspect that the reason is that the win counter has not been reset since the restart of the new decks (already 27/3). As stated in the comments below.
