Same issue for me but (as far as i know) with any starter deck.

I am experiencing the bug where after winning a match with a Starter dual deck it is not being added to my list of decks.

Won 12 times with several decks, got no starter decks at all. Sad :( my partner got all of them by winning one single time with each deck.

My account does not have access to the starter decks even after participating and winning in the event.

Also to add theres not even an option to Import any of the decks to save to build on yourself either. so if the cards are only available to the spark portion of the game, at least allow us to import the deck to our collection to at least have a skeleton we can focus our collection on and build around.

The starter Deck duel is not adding the selected deck to players as stated in the event description. I played through the duel on Legends of Phyrexia and won all three events only to not have the deck or cards added to my profile for use as stated, i am very long time magic player and this is not exceptable for newer players already strugling to get card base built. please fix asap

Same thing for me. I won with two different decks. Got nothing.

i won several games with the new black and blue starter deck but it has not been added to my collection.

After the recent update, the two-color starter decks are not in my collection. The only starter decks are the old mono color ones and a single new one - arcane aggression. This one showed up at some point following the update after having not been there at first, but it is not clear to me why.

Same for me, i'm receiving none of them despite lot's of wins.
Can you help please? they are good bases to start with ranked

Starter Decks from the Starter Deck Dual not appearing after winning all 3 games. One deck did appear, but the others (including the one I actively played) did not appear

Same, i can't wrap around this issue. Is it normal, or is it just me unable to unlock any of the new decks?

Same problem. Missing starter decks, and cards of them. I dont know if other cards are missing too, its hard to remember which cards i had.

Hello, I have won with every deck except three and only the first seems to have unlocked as intended. I brought this up to support days ago and still haven’t had anything done about it. Would it be possible to unlock the decks for me despite the bug not being fixed overall? A message from support would be greatly appreciated as the last time I spoke to someone my ticket was simply marked solved whilst the problem realistically persists.
