Missing the new decks from the new Deck Duels

This happened to me also. I think you either have to finish the Spark Ranked matches tiers to unlock further stuff. After going from tier 4 to 3, I unlocked the jump in events. The other way is to forcibly unlock everything by going to Options>Account. This locks you out of (I think) the rest of the rewards you would get from Spark Ranks, and doesn't give you intros to everything else. This is what I did to unlock brawl, but it was very confusing at first, because there's a bunch of stuff still not introduced. Sadly this did not fix the SDD rewards.

This also happened to me. I had unlocked all the starter decks before they reset/changed, and when they did, only 'Grave Secrets' unlocked for me. I haven't tried all the new decks in SDD yet, but no matter how many games I won with the starter decks, 'Arcane Aggression' and 'Growing Hopes' would not unlock for me.
On side note, I have won 29 games in Starter Deck Duels and it hasn't reset the rewards, even though the first time I went through, it reset when I got to three wins.

I'm a new player that started a few days ago and I've managed to collect all starter decks save Arcane Aggression. I've gotten multiple wins with deck and it still hasn't appeared in my collection. I've restarted the application multiple times in an attempt to resolve this issue, but nothing is working. I'd appreciate feedback on this as soon as possible, thank you.

If if its relevant, when another window is open in a smaller frame, the MGTA widow will say claim for the deck until the window is closed.

When winning games of Magic the Gathering Arena with the new round of starter decks, none of them are being added to my deck collection. How can I fix this?

i have my account since set NEO, looks like the missing decks are deks with mising cards(i dont have the cards in my collection)

There seems to be a few different of these bug reports and no fixes. How do we work toward a fix?

After july update starter decks can't be aquired even after several wins with them in the event

Some of the new "Starter Deck Duel" decks are not unlocking as starter deck after winning. "Growing Hope" for example unlocked as intended, but "Charging Ahead" and "Savage Scavengers" didn't unlock after winning..!

Same issue happening to me as well. The only new starter deck unlocked for me is Scrapyard Sacrifice.

Impossible to finish the starter deck duel event despite winning 12/3 duels
It is also impossible for me to unlock the other game mods and events

Starter Deck Duel not giving me the deck i played even after 3 wins, i really liked the growing hope deck and wanted to make it more competitive but it's no where, can u fix this somehow?

I and many other players are finding this defect troubling.

Playing and winning in starter deck duel does not grant me the starter decks.
It does not show on my starter deck list, and starter deck cards are not given.

After winning 3 games in a row with the new 07/19/2023 update "charging ahead" starter deck, the deck wasn´t added to my collection.

Please fix this bug, guys!
