Winning the fourth round of the Premier Draft would have made it 2-2, but it turned out to be 1-3.

I am currently in the Arena Cube best of 1 event, on iOS. I have played 2 matches and won both. I hit play to join a match and then had to hit cancel because something immediately came ok and I could not play. I did so before the matchmaking process finished. But now I have 1 loss in the event. This is an error.

Please correct the results to reflect 2-0 instead of 2-1 because canceling before entering the match should not have resulted in a match loss. Th iOS Platform does not provide game logs to provide evidence, unfortunately. But I have seen this occur previously in a different cube event.

Thank you for your help, and I look forward to seeing the correction/compensation.

encountered same issue. Log as attached.

Added info: Prior to winning last game, there was a long period of "Waiting for Opponent" (approx 1:40 mins) after matching. Clicked "Cancel" button which was still allowed. Found second match within 3 secs and won the game but was recorded as a loss.

keep trying to attach log, but it won't upload

For some reason the initial post would not accept log file.

I was awarded a DMU Quick Draft loss after winning with a Lightning Strike. It was my 3rd loss so I was cheated of potential gems. Untapped recorded the victory accurately, see screen snip. Please refund.

After winning a game during a Brothers War Premier Draft, I was given a loss which gave me my third loss ending the event for me.

Quick draft I was on 4-2 and after winning counted as loose and only able to claim my rewards.

Played a quick draft LOTR game, game was a win but recorded as a loss. Log file attached.

I won a match in qualifier weekend (2/25/23), but it registered as a loss. Now I have two losses and can no longer play in the event. Please help!

In my latest PAWBO draft I received a loss instead of my victory which resulted in the draft ending since I had two losses prior. The screen showed "Victory" and then there was a small delay before I got back to the Draft Window. Since I had won the match I didn't think to screenshot it since why would I? But It had registered my win as a loss instead so I'm pretty ticked about it.

During a game I was about to get a win and the game crashed and I was given a loss. The game finished on my MTG Arena account at around 9:40PM PST on July 5th. I would like my draft entry fee redeemed because of this error.

i had the same issue for a Premier Draft, i cancelled out of the Search to change up something in my deck, then i queued up again, won my game and it gave me my 3rd loss.

The game reduced my rank for the Historic Artisan event. That's concerning in and of itself but what's more concerning is I won the match. My opponent milled himself out with shrines, the animation of his life total blowing up occurred, the screen said victory, applied the prizes to my account, and reduced my rank by 2 wins. Personally I don't care as my rank was Silver 4 but it shouldn't have happened at all.
