Deflecting Palm does not correctly use replacement effects
Deflecting Palm does not replace damage values when sources that double or triple damage are in play. For example, Goldnight Castigator should double the damage I recieve if it is under my control. If the opponent swings with a 2/2, i should take 4 damage. If i deflecting palm, it should prevent that 4 damage and deal 4 back to the opponent, but it only deals 2. The same should be true with other replacement effects, such as Fiery Emancipation, but it does not.

The affected player, or the controller of the affected object, or its owner if it doesn't have a controller, decides the order in which replacement effects are applied. So you CAN get the outcome you want, but you have to uncheck the box in the settings for autoordering, to get to choose yourself.
The 2 damage prevention and dealing by Deflecting Palm IS a possible outcome, namely, when you apply Deflecting Palm first.
