Glowing Reach symbol is a bit excessive
You already have an ability reminder icon on the card itself. Surely part of playing the game is looking at what abilities your opponents permanents have? It's right there..
Anyway, regardless of that, can you maybe make it glow for the first round of combat on their turn only? After that it's pretty annoying visual guff that just gets in the way and is distracting. Like, we get it, you got reach, incredible, move on.
Seems like you have "fixed" an issue that didn't exist with an effect that is simply annoying and should at most be an optional thing.
Best if only enabled for new player accounts and otherwise an option to turn this off for everyone else.

This is so incredibly distracting. I can't focus on anything else when there is a reach creature in play.
Please just give me a way to disable this on my end.

I sent this message to customer service, they redirected me here.
"The new Reach VFX as displayed on the opponent's side is unnecessarily aggressive. The shimmer effect is very hard to look at. Please consider removing the shimmer effect. The giant shiny crossbow should be enough to help players. I've also seen comments that it is too loud (I have the game muted, so I wouldn't know, just passing that along). Thanks"

Agreed, those VFX and SFX are noisy and annoying.
If you have to lead people by the hand, at least please let me disable that useless indicator for myself.
