Maybe I'm not that expertised in strategy, but watching my opponents pulling down lands every round in early game? Even for those who holds a 3 to 5-color-mixed deck? I won't even be bothered making this complaint if it were a 50/50 chance manipulation. IT IS WORSE! Please do trace the play history and check. I am well aware that sometimes unexpected land distribution might occur, but the situation I'm talking about is literally abnormal. This happens so frequently while I'm holding 17 lands of a 40-card-deck.
Let alone the fact that I'm holding all high mana cards on the first hand while I'm actually building a deck with 16 2-3 mana cards out of 40.
This is sincerely frustrating and tiring. I am honestly out of passion and energy to keep playing game like this. I'm not even sure if people like me are here for joy or getting fooled.
You know what's more funny? Whenever you make a request and talk about this sort of situation, the agents are just crankily confident about their algorithms. I'm starting to doubt if OpenClaw+Grock or Anthropic can do way much better than that.

just had a game where i mulliganed 5 no land hands, and you don't think there is a problem? And my last 10 games were against the red/blue lessons deck, you have to do something to create some variety, I'm an old die hard and when im only playing 2-3 times a week that says something considering you have driven off all the other old school players who were spending. I stopped spending money on any MTG product a long time ago because of arena and you customer service, after all when you've been with a company sine the beginning and then they start treating you like dirt why you going to financially support them?

The Shuffle algorithm is ruining the game. If absolutely Nothing else, give the Player/Payers the Option to play with either a good, random shuffle, or the Classic Arena algorithm. Trying to play a game with a deck that you Love IRL in Arena is disheartening to say the Very least - it is as if a player has to learn an entirely new form of the game in order to create a deck that is vaguely successful, let alone FUN to play. I love this game. I play it daily. The shuffler is rigged to favor players who spend the most money for in game purchases. WOTC has completely ruined the game and every decision they make is solely based on avarice. Arena is the epitome of 'pay to play'...

The game is the worst piece of coding I have ever seen - the shuffling is so bad as to be on purpose - is this game manipulated or rigged? 25% one mana cards and they never appear in the top 30% of the deck ever? Hasn't changed - in fact it may be worse

The shuffling algorithm needs to be fixed ASAP! How do I not draw any 2 drops, but my opponent draws ALL of their 2 drops. Running 22 lands, oh wait can never find em, or completely flooded, no in-between. I am getting highly dissatisfied with gameplay due to this shuffling algorithm, makes me question whether im a decent player or can build a decent deck and its just the algorithm. I have lost entire Paid events due to what I believe is this shuffling algorithm. I may just switch back to paper magic altogether. Just another bucket that hasbro wants your money in anyway.

Your shuffling system sucks and honestly seems rigged at times. A game or two here and there where you get very few lands or a ton of lands but not much else happens. But when it happens for 12 games in a row and on almost every one of those games my opponent somehow gets an amazing hand every time. And the opponents who get these amazing hands always have fancy avatars, companions, and sleeves so it at least looks like people who spend more money in the app are getting better hands.

Again a few bad hands/games here and there happen but every game in enough games to drop me 3 ranks is ridiculous. Fix it.
