Agatha's Soul Cauldron not working with Toxic 1
This is an issue. I have been playing with a Toxic/Infect deck going Skrelv, Defector Mite being exiled, and applying a +1/+1 to say Shoreline Looter with anticipation of adopting toxic 1. Agatha + toxic combo doesn't work with anything, actually.
Is there a reason or ruling or just a bug with that sort of combo?

Agatha's Soul Cauldron only grants ACTIVATED abilities. Neither Toxic nor menace are activated abilities. However, with Skrelv exiled, you can let your creatures with +1/+1 counters on them use that activated abilitiy, which not only protects but also grants toxic 1 for the turn to the targeted creature.

Also, Agatha hasn't been picking up the menace ability, either.
