I have been with MTG since the beginning, and I don't know what you guys are thinking but you are losing the older players. Many of the older players have left MTG because we have limited time to play and really only have arena to get our fix. And since you introduced hand smoothing the game has become redundant as I haven't had a good game since. You are pandering to the younger crowd who are just starting out and have limited funds while alienating the older crowd who have the disposable income. How is that a smart idea. I honestly expect this to be marked as solved with nothing being done so who can I contact and how do I contact them to actually make the game better. All we are asking is a best of on format that doesn't have hand smoothing as many players like myself only get maybe 0 minutes a day to play...not enough time to actually play a best of three match.
