The rules for plotted should have the condition "until the end of your next turn" added to the ability. As it is, the ability is gamebreaking as you can just plot a bunch of cards and have theme resolve for free on any single turn of the player's choice.

This is especially important given how powerful cards with plot happen to be.

That or the plot cost needs to be greater than the card's mana cost.
