Fear of Missing Out - multiple delirium triggers don't create more than one additional combat phase
Steps to reproduce
- Control two Fear of Missing Out
- Have four or more card types in graveyard
- Attack with both Fear of Missing Out
- Both attack triggers go onto the stack
- Two targeted creatures are untapped
- Only one additional combat phase is created when there should be two combat phases
Expected behaviour: Two additional combat phases should be created, because there were two Fear of Missing Out attack triggers

Without any triggers in the combat phase (beginning of combat for example) and no available attackers, the second (third) combat phase is skipped by Arena, because nothing happens there.
