Bug: Electrodominance not allow casting of Brotherhood's End from hand when X=2
In my match, I cast Electrodominance, paying an X=2 targeting the Pridemate (a 5/5 at the time). I believed that the Brotherhood's End in my hand would be a viable target for Electrodominance's 2nd effect, but only the Spiteful Banditry and the Greater Auramancy were given to me as selection targets.

Brotherhood's End has a mana value of 3. cost reductions, like from your Ruby Medalion, don't change that.
