Issues with too many activated abilities on the stack
Recently I was able to do a combo using Scute Swarm and Nissa, Who Shakes The World that caused 480 identical effects of creating 1/1 creatures to trigger. The turn timer immediately started, despite me having no abilities I could trigger to interrupt the effects and no "pass" button being visible. The game eventually declared me absent, prevented me from doing anything, and then after several turns forced me to concede in a position that I should have easily won in. The system clearly is not processing these activated abilities correctly.
To replicate:
Build a deck with Scute Swarm and Nissa, Who Shakes The World and at least 20 lands
Use the Scute Swarm ability to duplicate the creature until you have several dozen of it.
Activate the -8 ability of Nissa, Who Shakes The World. There should be several hundred abilities that trigger.

Indeed Scute Swarm does seem to be a both game-breaking and engine-breaking card.
I actually think it should be banned, but at the very least, Arena's engine should have some built-in cut-off prompt ("Continue?") after making X copies so that games can at least "end".
