i have spent 300$ +
still did not get the rare card though i have completed it all in theset as per my profile(see attached image for refernce) please help so i can get the card im wishing to have ever since

The collection tracker doesn't include the Charbelcher. It is a Retro Artifact, and those are not among the tracked cards.
The best and easiest way to get the card is to craft it with wildcards, instead of hoping to open a super rare card from packs.
