Opponent cast a creature without sufficient mana
Somehow an opponent cast a 4 mana creature with only 3 mana. They had no enchantments in play and had not cast any other spells. I have attached a screen shot of the match.

He didn't cast the Wilt-Leaf Liege, you made him discard it with Rush of Dread. So the Liege's ability applied and your opponent could simply put it on the battlefield.
