sephiroth, fabled solider and leyline of the void
if I have leyline of the void in play, why does sephiroths when a creature dies trigger go off and my massacregirls doesnt. Leyline of the void specifically says if a creature would die , exile it instead That stops every other when a creature dies trigger, why does sephiroths still work? this should be a super easy fix as there are already other trigger like this so fixing the code should be as easy as copy/paste. Please demonstrate that you are not just screwing the community over and actually fix the garbage.

Leyline of the Void replaces CARDS going to the graveyard with them going to exile, and only the opponent is affected. So tokens die as usual, since they are not cards. Whereas any nontoken creature your opponent has that would die gets exiled instead. So only your opponent's token creatures and all of your creatures can trigger Massacre Girl's delayed trigger and Sephiroth's trigger.
