Iroh, Tea Master - Bug
Iroh, Tea Master card doesn't function correctly on MTGA. I discovered this during several matches of Premier Draft. The card specifically states “You may have target opponent gain control of target permanent”. Instead, the card forces the player to pick a permanent to give to the opponent, with no option to decline (as stated by the meaning of “may”). This incorrect function forced two of my winning matches during Premier Draft into losses and was exceptionally frustrating. I will avoid drafting this card in the future but do hope this text can be fixed for constructed use.

While strictly correct, this interaction would seem to be very unaligned with how this card would play-out IRL.
I concur with TopDeckMaster that having the "May" question would be the "correct" implementation and more aligned with the intended design of the card.

Abilities with targets, mandatory and optional alike, have to have their targets chosen for them when they are put on the stack. And even optional triggered abilities have to be put on the stack, that is mandatory. It is ON RESOLUTION, that you get to choose not to use the offered option for optional abilities. This is how the rules of the game work.

Change the card to ask player "Would you like to have opponent gain control of your permanent?" - allow player to choose Accept/Decline, then only after they accept force player to choose the permanent to give. Currently player is forced to choose a permanent to give, even when they wish to decline giving over a permanent.
