play draw
I've played 9 games so far today. I had the draw 8 times. This seems horribly rigged to me. I would expect the play / draw to be a coin toss, but the odds of getting heads 8 times is .0175, so I have to assume this is either a bug or im intentionally being screwed.

Rezzahan is correct. Do a few random distribution series and you'll see that even large sequences (1000+) of something as simple as a "coin-flip" have clusters of sequential Heads and Tails.
The important property is there's a convergence to a 50/50 distribution. This is known as the Law of Large Numbers.

So 1,75%? That's hardly impossible. You may want to pay attention to how often you get to go first in a row, too. A sample size of 9 is way too tiny to make any reasonable inferences. Try a few hundred or even thousand. I did, it was pretty much 50/50 after 740 games. Longer stretches of one or the other are to be expected. That is not a sign of rigging, that is simple probability. Those HAVE TO occur in a truly random setup. Them NOT occuring would be a sign of manipulation.
