Can't add card to deck building
I finally found my Raph's Jitte card in my collection. But I can't find it when I do my deck building. I used my wild cards on it but im still unsure how I can get it so I can add it to my deck.

You can only add it to a deck if the card is legal in the deck's format. So not Standard, and not Alchemy.
