How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Mana???

    how is it that a 24 land dack on 40% of the games has only 3 mana and on 40% has 12 mana . 10% of the games i get Mana und other cards like normal but the rest of the time its fuckt up..... fix your **** ! and ban ugin and yorin!!!!!

  2. Lands not tapping for mana

    Asset errors abound. The tap lands were entering untapped, then in the future they wouldn’t tap for mana at all. The game was lagging and skipping around.

    Attached is a photo where the game is asking me to pay one more mana but it will not allow me to tap my temple.

  3. Didn't receive mythic card reward from mastery

    I was playing standard ranked and was going to hit level 29 on the mastery pass rewards. After the match, I gained enough experience for level 29 but I never received the mythic card reward from mastery. The Zendikar Mastery shows that the mythic reward has a check mark over the mythic card reward but I never received it.

  4. mill rogue ban

    You have to do something about mill rogue decks. This is not fun and there is no variety.
    I don't have game tracking to see who I play against but nearly 90% of my games are against mill rogues.
    I shouldn't have to change my deck just to play against mill rogues, then the game just becomes mill rogues vs anti mill rogues.

    Just ban the enforcer or the crab.

  5. 土地事故、後攻が多すぎてゲームにならない

    土地事故や後攻が多すぎてゲームになりません。対戦相手が先攻の時は全く土地事故の気配が無いのに自分が先攻の時は高確率で土地事故です。調整するにしてももっとさり気なくやってください。露骨すぎます。
    それともシャッフル機能を改善して偏らないようにすることもできないのでしょうか。
    そうだとすればこのゲームに費やすユーザーの時間が無駄になるのでアリーナはサービス終了してほしいくらいです。

  7. Paradox Engine is Legal on Arena...

    You allow a broken infinite combo card like Paradox Engine to be legal on Arena... not only in Historic ...where a card like Sheoldred was too broken to reprint for the game... but in Brawl when it's actually banned in Commander. I'm not sure where the bug is but it's somewhere between thought process and reasoning.

    There are days that your software flags me for mana *****. I have quite a few well balanced decks with either the exact or slightly more mana than is required to play my spells. I have to mulligan on these days constantly for mana issues or if I don't the software will load my hand with every card I cannot play and fill my mana pool with worthless mana. This is total BS.   12. Opponents triggers counting down my timer after I hit resolve all

    I get that if I have priority, I need to do something and my timer starts. But after I've already hit "Resolve All", why should I be punished for my opponent playing a deck that has a million triggers?

  14. Rage Quit Cheating

    It seems that some people have mastered the art of rage quitting without losing. (Similar to pulling the ethernet plug when you were the host on xbox games so you don't get a loss) This is the second person who was about to lose when their countdown timer just stopped and no move has been made for over 10 min on their turn. The only way for the match to end is for me to concede the game. BS.

  15. Stack size limit

    It seems there is a limit to how big the stack can get. My best guess is 256. While there are few situations where this is actually a problem I found one using scute swarm on mobile since the number of scutes grow exponentially and each ability triggers separately. Since there is technically no limit in MTG rules about how big a stack can get the game code should be changed to reflect this, increasing the limit by a couple orders of magnitude.

  17. My turn was skipped even though it was still my opponents turn

    Opponent embalmed with 5 anointed processions in play and triggered 1024 life triggers, it was my opponents turn, and the triggers were happening, I was tapped out and waited for them all to resolve, (having a boardwipe and alt win-con I didn't care that they had 1k life)
    For some reason while the triggers were resolving my timeouts were being used and my opponent kept their two timeouts, immediatly after the triggers were done the game went back to my opponents turn, in like a split second.

  18. Long opponent combo caused my timeout to get used.

    An opponent had combo generating lots of card interaction. I checked the resolve all box to get passed it but stupid Arena kept pausing on every triggered ability over a minute. This caused Arena pop-up a timeoout fuse on ME! for an oppponent's combo taking too long.
    If someone checks RESOLVE ALL get **** Arena to accelerate the resolution after the first few abilities. No one wants to sit through the same abilities triggering over and over for a minute or more.

  19. The Stack (speed)

    I noticed that when there are multiple of the same trigger on the stack, the stack moves very slowly. I was hoping there could be a way to speed up stack triggers when you and the opponent auto-resolve them.
