How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Scute Swarm

    Obviously the scute swarm card itself was a mistake. But that's ok, I now just minimize the game screen and walk away from the computer which seems to have solved it :)

  2. Arena Timer and Animations

    When drawing your deck with Demonlord Belzenlok, the animation of the card drawing causes you to time out.
    Casting Demonlord Belzenlok on a large deck with only 4 CMC+ cards causes you to draw your whole deck, but the animation causes the fuse to run, even though there's no available game actions.

    Perhaps Adding a "skip animation" feature

  3. Glorybringer exert bug

    While playing the arena cube draft today around 14:25est I cast a glorybringer and moved to combat. On attacks arena did not give me the option to exert it, killing a blocker.

  4. Won't load past "Loading initial Scene"

    Few days ago I was playing just fine. Left for a little bit to run and errand and when I came back my game will no longer load past the "Loading Initial Scene" page in the beginning. i've checked every for updates and I've unistalled/reinstalled arena and nothing has worked. I just dont know what to do anymore

  5. Torrential gearhulk did Not trigger etb effect

    I casted my torrential gearhulk and it did not trigger his etb effect. I assume i could have won because I had spells in my graveyard.
    Playing on iOS in the arena cube event.

  6. Even after entering full control stifle won’t work on on pact of negation

    I entered full control, but the game wouldn’t give me an option to stifle pact of negation. Fix it or give money back for the cards

  7. didn't cast a spell

    I want cast my sorcery or instant spell and I have the mana for cast them and isn't not work. He have not permanant to cause your opponent can't cast spell.

    Games froze during draft game, i disconnect, and when enters it remains in the same froze game. I cannot play.

  9. Paradox Engine is Legal on Arena...

    You allow a broken infinite combo card like Paradox Engine to be legal on Arena... not only in Historic ...where a card like Sheoldred was too broken to reprint for the game... but in Brawl when it's actually banned in Commander. I'm not sure where the bug is but it's somewhere between thought process and reasoning.

  11. creatures exiled instead of graveyard

    creatures exiled instead of graveyard

    I had 2 creatures killed that went to exile instead of the graveyard. Both with spells, but neither spell exiles a killed creature. there were no effects on the board that should have exiled creates.

    after the latest update my rank goes down win or lose in ranked play. and in unranked play it does the same thing i lose rank

  13. Predetermined matches eliminates true competition

    This is not Magic, this is a bad joke. The first time you get a no cards played draw you know that everything here is scripted. I've had days where I couldn't be beat, I've had days where with the very same decks I couldn't win a game. This is just incredibly sad!! You should be ashamed to even produce this farce and pretend that there is any competitive value whatsoever!!!

  14. Sparky doesn't emote anymore!

    When I play a bot match and use emotes, Sparky the AI doesn't reciprocate them like she used to. She's just silent whereas she used to respond to things like playing certain cards or removing her creatures, winning and losing etc. This has to be a bug, her voice acting was really nice and I miss it.

  15. Bug with tier 41 mastery pass mythic rare card reward

    Hi, i'm playing on my macbook and i had an issue with the mastery pass.
    I gained enough experience to unlock tier 41 of the mastery pass and, at the same, i did the daily mission (n.8/15) which rewarder me with a random card.
    The problem is that the game only gave me one card, a rare one, instead of two, the mythic rare from the mastery pass tier 41 is missing.

  16. Replay Tutorial Locks You in

    After player hits replay you can not get out unless you run through it again. Please let us Opt out.

  17. The Ozolith

    The Ozolith's trigger says may transfer the counters to a creature, and yet it forces you to choose a creature even if you don't have any, leading to an opponent's creature having to be selected, leading to game losses.

  18. slow loading

    Loading is currently incredibly slow for me on iOS. It took several minutes of black screen just to beging to load Initial Scene and now it's just stuck for minutes on "Waiting for Server". It's an Arena Open so I'm assuming it's server load.

    in middle of a standard ranked match. Game froze in the middle of opponents turn.

  20. After a victory, I lost a bar in my rank standings instead of gaining one.

    The person I played against conceded the match and it said victory but I still lost a bar in my rank progression.
