How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  2. game auto-concede

    I had my game auto-concede twice this evening. The second game was very involved with many active cards on both sides. I thought maybe my cordless keyboard caused it the first time, so I turned it off. Then it happened again. WTF???

  6. Auto Pass Priority With Scavenging Ooze

    My opponent cast a Languish while I had a Scavenging Ooze on board and 3 open green mana. I activated it, exiling a creature from my graveyard, and after the ability resolved, it auto pass priority, resolving the Languish. There were plenty more cards in graveyard, and had I been able to activate it again, I could have exiled another creature in my graveyard and saved the Ooze.

    Three weeks and going with mana screws...too much or not enough....there is no way to fix it on my end...it must be an agro problem or a deliberate attempt by wizards to increase sales....the probabilities of mana screws do not coincide with the percentage of actual mana screws going on....which means that the algo has been artificially tampered with...need phone number to get my money back or fix the efing problem...or i report you as it is illegal to tamper with video games to increase sales in the united states....thank you if this is not the case; but an actual…

  9. Overheating/Heavy Memory Usage

    I have a Macbook Pro (2015) running on Sierra. I downloaded MTG Arena yesterday and started playing. Within 30 seconds, my computer began revving up like a jet plane taking off for a one-way trip to Nowhere Town. Over the years, I have used this computer for lengthy sessions for design in Photoshop, animation in Clip Studio Paint, and music production in Ableton and never have I heard my computer make this horrid sound or become this blisteringly hot. My computer's memory usage immediately rockets to an overwhelming degree and even when I free up the memory, the computer continues…

  10. Game keeps freezing and closing

    The game keeps freezing and randomly closing when I play against other people and also while I'm building decks. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with multiple times within an hour of playing. This issue has been going on for a while now and needs to be dealt with IMMEDIATELY!

  11. Double strike broken

    I blocked a double strike creature with a deathtouch creature. Toughness survived first strike, then did not kill the double strike creature when normal damage was applied. Will not purchase until resolved.

  12. Game crashes during matches and after restart

    Game crashes during matches after installed today's patch. I lost 3 games of M21 draft and I am very disapointed. When I restart immediately the game it then crashes during the game loading page. I tried to download and use MTGAInstaller.exe referenced in the MTGA support sheet for game crashes but without success. See attached screen for the error message.
    Please can you fix the issue, and emit a refund if my 10,000 golds for this first M21 draft ... ?

  14. Kaya's ghost Form bug

    Kaya's ghost form did not return my creature to the battlefield after the creature was targeted with eat to extinction. This seems to be a bug from the latest update.

    CANT CAST INSTANTS

    I HAVE MANA TO CAST MYSTICAL DISPUTE AND CANT CAST, ONLY OPTION IS TO ALLOW MY OPPONENT TO RESOLVE ASHIOK

    NEXT GAME AGAINST DIFFERENT OPPONENT, I HAVE MANA TO CAST NEGATE IN RESPONSE TO OPPONENTS ABSORB, ONLY OPTION IS TO ALLOW OPPONENTS SPELL TO RESOLVE

    BOTH CASES I HAD PRIORITY TO RESPOND, TRIED TO CAST INSTANT SPELLS WITH ENOUGH MANA AGAINST NON-CREATURE SPELLS, SHUT DOWN AND UNABLE TO CAST.

    ALL OTHER SPELLS I CAN CAST BY MOUSE CLICK AND DRAG TO PLAYING FIELD AND RELEASING, INSTANT COUNTER SPELLS WOULD NOT ALLOW IT

  16. Turn skipping

    Another day, another bug to report....

    During the Workshop Power & Glory, my turns were getting skipped. I'd draw, play on 1st main phase then it was opponent's turn. I was not able to attack or play any cards in 2nd main phase. My opponent did not have any abilities causing me to lose half my turn.

  17. ranked BO3 bugged

    posted this (alot) few weeks back but no response,
    still no rank gain in BO3 only BO1 sometimes even loose rank when i win please fix cause i'm missing out on wildcard rewards because of this..

  18. Ban Fires of Invention in Brawl

    The card is insanely broken. Free Commanders every turn, and how convenient that you can now use your freed-up lands to pay commander tax? If you can't get it off the battlefield, you just lose every time. It's unfun, oppressive, and uninteractive Magic.

  19. Spontaneous Loss

    So far, I have experienced two events of spontaneous loss. Both occurred on my turn, I did not concede the match or mistakenly do so, and my opponents had no active effects in play that would cause me to lose in such a way. Long and short of it, I suddenly lost for no logical reason. My internet connection is solid, so it's not that. Included the log of the most recent Spontaneous Loss. Very frustrating when you're playing ranked.

    WotC, get this on lock. TIME NOW.

  20. matchmaker

    Matchmaker is completely BROKEN, and it's making this game unplayable. Back to back to back matches against rogues. If it's not rogues, its another deck. All I want to do is have fun, and play random decks. Why am I constantly facing the same decks? Where's the variety? This makes the game extremely boring seeing the same thing over and over again. MAKE THE MATCHMAKING RANDOM. Programming win rates and deck contents and all this **** is ruining the experience.
