How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. halvar bug confirm

    Hello,

    during the game, before the attack phase, halvar did not offer me to do his ability.
    When it was the turn of the follower, halvar offered to move my equipment but it was impossible to select it or to cancel the action or even to confirm (0).
    The only solution was to quit the game.

    Thanks for looking at this bug.

  2. Concede on the sideboard screen

    My opponent concedes as they say it was a bad matchup, goes to sideboard and concedes the whole match there and I just get 1 step in the ladder.

  3. Friendly brawl not working

    Friendly brawl does not allow selecting brawl deck, instead only allows selection of standard decks.

  4. historic brawl decks not working

    I cant play Historic Brawl, it doesn't let me select a deck. My historic brawl deck cant be selected for some reason, it has the red exclamation mark appear on it, but when I hover over it, it does not list the problem (it does this with all of my incomplete decks too, my standard decks are fine). Non of the cards in my deck are illegal for historic brawl and the ones that are banned in other formats I've replaced with legal cards and the deck still does not work.   5. interaction between Thalia and foretell spells is bugged

    Interaction between Thalia and foretell spells is bugged - adding extreme cost and making them unplayable.

    Foretell usage is you pay (2) in one turn and allowing you to cast it later for its foretell cost. In this case, doomskar (pic attached).

    However once the spell is exiled, and thalia is in play, its forcing you to pay the foretold spell for its full cost +(1), instead of the foretell cost +(1)

    So Doomskar goes from costing 1ww to costing 2ww if foretold, however its asking to pay 4ww

    This has cost me a few games, although i do not…

    Game won't load past "loading initial scene" tried reinstalling and restarting computer still doesn't work.

  7. Stuck at waiting for server

    Whenever I try to login using my account, the launcher will go through preparing assets then it will give me an orange spinning ring that says waiting for server.

    My Husband also has MTGA so I had him see if his game works, it does. his works fine on his computer. Except if i try to login on his computer it prepares assets then gets stuck at waiting for server again.

    I spent 3 days going back and forth with tech support, changing settings, uninstalling, reinstalling, using different internet connections. They checked to make sure I don't have any bans…

  8. Daily quest not tracking spells cast

    Daily quest "Cast 25 Green or White Spells" has been stuck at 14/25 for several matches. Have restarted game twice without success in getting tracker to update.

  9. Skipped past second main phase in draft

    In two consecutive games now, the client has skipped directly to the end phase when I pass priority at the beginning of my opponent's combat and they don't attack. In at least one of the games, this directly led to me losing as it didn't give me an opportunity to interact before a critical trigger went on to the stack.

  11. Unable to cast instant fortelled card in response to spell

    Please see attached video:

    There was nothing that should have prevented me from casting this card in response to his spell on the stack. I had priority, it was an instant, cast during my end step, and I had the mana available to cast it.

  12. HAND SMOOTHING

    i AM SO TIRED OF YOUHAND SMOOTHING GARBAGE. i DON'T WANT IT AND WOULD LIKE TO NOT HAVE TO USE IT. IT IS TOTAL GARBAGE AND DOES NOT WORK. LAST SEVERAL GAMES I HAVE HAD TO MULLIGAN BECAUSE OF WHAT HAND SMOOTHIG IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT. ONCE CAN UNDERSTAND BUT I HAVE A REAL VERSION OF MY DECK AND IT NEVER BEHAVES THE SAME WAY AS ON HERE. I FEEL IT IS WRONG THAT YOU FORCE US TO USE AN ALGORITHIM YOU BUILT FOR BEGINNERS, I AM NOT A BEGINNER AND I HATE CHEATING. GIVE ME THE OPTION TO USE…

  13. I can't play friendly Historic Brawl

    Literally, I can't play it with the friend.

    If I challenged to friend, there are only 60 cards match, 40 cards match, and friendly brawl, and there was a bug where I could select only the standard deck when I select the friendly brawl and press the play button. So I have to leave it. Even if I chose a standard deck, the game didn't start.

    And after that, I can't challenge to friend anymore.

  14. Matchmaking

    After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

  16. Infinite Loop

    An opponent had a marauding raptor on the field and then played polyraptor. This cause an infinite loop that caused me to time out because priority was always passed to me. A player shouldn't be able to abuse the rope system to win.

  19. time extension

    Please remove the time extensions after the turn has timed out. It is annoying how people uses these to waste time when they are going to lose, and keep you awaiting for the extensions to finish, so you can launch last attack or whatever. Just because they don't want to surrender or lose the game with honor.

  20. Game crashes

    I have the game on my PC, Iphone and Ipad and this app crashes all the time. In the middle of events I've paid cash for, games I'm trying to win for quests, etc. ALL THE TIME. I understand it's a huge server but come on. Ridiculous, I just want to play Magic.
